Holly is absolutely amazing. She is so personable and goes above and beyond to make myself (and other people who come in) feel welcome. She really works hard to ensure we are comfortable, and the gym is in the best condition possible. She's awesome!!! The gym always seems clean, and the other staff seems friendly as well. I do wish paper towels were back in the bathrooms, along with the coat hangers at the entrance of the locker room, but I understand why they are no longer available.

Spent a couple weeks in the area and visit this PF. Ever time we there the staff and guests are very friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning some day.I highly recommend this PF for locals looking for a Gym or the PF’s passing through.

This morning at the Lexington location after working out I opted to tan. Walked to the desk Wally said, "See ya". I SAID, NO, going to tan. Standing with eye covers IN HAND, figuring she saw them, didn't ask, asked for 10 minutes on 4 (as usual). Went in, cleaned the bed, and it wouldn't turn on. Called desk on phone, was told oh though you meant hydra bed. You have to come out and show glasses. I told her I already had clothes off, come to the room and see them. She wouldn't. Waste of time

I love Planet Fitness... It is so easy to pick right back up where you left off, especially during Covid and working from home. I haven't been to the gym in a while and all I received was smiling faces, happy to help and I couldn't find my lock for my locker and they even let me borrow one so the gym in Lexington, NC is the best
