I am really enjoying planet fitness in Lexington. Some members could respect their bodies a little more but their clothing choices and the responses they receive because of it is their decision and their consequence to deal with. I'm there to better my health and maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle and planet fitness meets that need nicely.

Been going here since 2019 and it has been a great outlet for my mental health as well as physical! Facilities have always been clean and staff has always been great and attentive, they even know I want the hydro-bed when I'm walking up to the counter after my workout, lol! Thanks to everyone here who makes this Planet Fitness a good place to be!

Crooks. Will refuse to refund fees and charges that you will not be using. I cancelled my January membership and still was charged for the annual fee in January.

Update, went in today, the rudeness continued. I asked for a bed, she never said hello, no pleasantries. I said thank you after she told me bed 4. No response. I had to say it a 2nd time louder, then she begrudgingly said your welcome. Unbelievable. Rudest person at any PF I have encountered.I went in today to tan, was told I couldn't because it had not been 24 hours since I tanned. I was about a hour short of the 24. The girl at the front desk was very rude. She could have handled this with a little less nasty attitude. Lacked customer service. I think she may have been in training. If so, she needs to know how to speak to a customer

Clean place with plenty of exercise machines, free weights and elliptical machines. Nice locker rooms and AWESOME hydrobeds!

What compelled us to become members started with the hours (most locations of interest are open 24 hours), the number and redundancy of weights and machines; the locker room size and cleanliness. But the pièces de résistance was the hydro-beds!

The staff are super helpful, the place has been recently renovated, it is almost always “slow” enough that there are open machines for your workouts. The black card spa is nice to relax after. Locke rooms are clean and the bathrooms are the cleanest in Lexington. This is a second home I swear. Definitely suggest coming if you enjoy PF and especially if you’re trying to start the gym process. This has been the biggest thing after leaving the military in feeling purpose and mediating pain.

This gym is always clean and the employees are very helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Wilkey, at the Lexington nc convinced my wife to reconsider at this location, now I've joined too. He had influencing customer service, had the answers we needed, and I'm sincerely grateful he was there for us. I wish they were open 24 hrs still.

I am loving it. It is an incredibly amazing place where you earn confidence in yourself and walk out a rather more determined person. The time you spend at Planet Fitness is quality time. The staff is very friendly, cooperative, and helpful. The trainer is an amazing guy who is never tired of coaching you. I will highly recommend everyone to sign up and start working out. If you sign up in the evening, ask for Josh. He always has a smile on his face and will make you feel at home upon your first trip inside the gym.
