Literally the only nice thing about this gym is the fact they have real plants. The staff just work there, they don't know anything about fitness.Like most gyms, they have 3x as many treadmills and ellipticals than they do weights, and like one stair masterI don't even want to think about how often they clean out their sauna systemThe hours? Come on.. they close soooo early. It's no wonder you mostly see old folks there.Overall, pretty lame gym. It's a shame that you essentially wasted the Prairie life facility.For shame.

Great place for kid’s birthday parties! My daughter loved it! Keouna and Katy were the best and super helpful setting up the decorations and navigating the party for the kids!

Marrica, director of the cafe and Ian were very rude to us tonight. Marrica asked our daughter to stop touching the Palates "machine", because she could break it. As we were walking out we were talking about how ridiculous the situation was Ian jumped in and said "She just asked your child to not play on the palaties machine." which I asked Ian to show me how it was supposed to be used. As I talked to him he sarcastically motioned his hands to mock my request. He gingerly used the machine to exaggerate what my daughter was doing. Then when I pointed out how ridiculous he was at demonstrating the machine, he asked if I had a membership at the club. I said "Yes". Then he said "Fine! Let me have it and we can cancel you membership now!" That's when we knew this place had no respect for our family, or anubody's family as I heard Marrica barking orders at other members before this all happened.This was the worst example of customer service that we've ever experienced.

I like it. Pretty friendly staff, decent machine variety, and they have a wet sauna, a dry sauna and even some jacuzzis in the mens room. Love that. Also love the front desk staff and Sarah was friendly and helpful.

Fees, fees, fees...even when ypur account is on freeze. Your account will be charged the "guaranteed to never go up fee." Yes that is a real fee.Seems pretty stupid of me to put an account on freeze to guarantee a pruce only to be charged another fee to have my account price guaranteed.That's what the freeze fee is for isn't it?Never going back to Genesis.Good luck paying your money for nothing.

Love this gym! I'm retired and trying to get healthier. Ben Welch is AWESOME getting you started and comfortable. I wanted a trainer every few weeks for accountability/updating. Trainer Morgan Teten is approachable, knowledgeable and has my A+ recommendation!

We hosted our 8-year old daughter's birthday party at Genesis. Our two party hosts were amazing! They had all sorts of games to play in the pool that all the kids loved. My daughter and all the guests had the best time!

This Genesis Health Club is amazing. Staff is great, especially Ian. They have every workout machine and lots of amenities. Pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and even a jacuzzi.

I have been with Chelsea for 10 years! She has helped me in so many ways: my confidence, form and technique, and overall health. I can always count on her to program something great to push me to my limits, but show me how to grow as a lifter and general health enthusiast. She is caring, compassionate, and very knowledgable in many fitness areas.

Gym is always dirty. They probably don’t even clean the equipments. Used some dumbbells and got chalk on both my hands. I wasn’t told that the weights came with lifting chalks. Gym doesn’t seem like it has the minimum standards. Not recommended for older folks who can’t deal with the chaos. Also not worth the price.
