Genesis Health Clubs – East Lincoln

If you are looking for a trainer who understands your limitations but is still able to challenge you, Chelsea is your person. Chelsea has trained my daughter and me over the last several years. She was able to get my daughter into a routine for herself which helped her mental health as well as her physical health. After multiple car accidents, Chelsea has helped me get back to a functional self. Not only is she exceptionally knowledgable, she is an exceptional person. She is most definitely an asset to Genesis!!!

Great facilities besides pool. That on itself isn't worth the 1 star but the conditions of the pool plus the lack of action (or even response) by management is worth it. Lap swmwrs have advocated for lower water temperatures for literally years now...no change. The water aerobics people ask for a locked door on the pool deck and management locks the door in less than 24 hours. Genesis East does not treat all of its patrons with the same respect. Favoritism is rampant.

My son goes to the Mighty Kids Camp at this location. We absolutely love the staff. Miss Barb & her team are amazing. I would highly recommend this program. I love that my son is being active and having fun during the summer. The counselors and staff are always happy and engaging and genuinely care for all the campers. We also take advantage of the No School Programs that they offer during the year. Definitely check them out! We've met lots of new friends thru this camp & look forward to coming back again!

The community here makes me always feel welcome in the gym and the staff do an outstanding job on taking care of the members. The pool is a great way to relax and cool off after a workout!

Wonderful gym, so much equipment. The child care is AMAZING. The staff engages with my children, they are taken to a gym to play, they do crafts and story time, they read books, and NO technology. I could not justify my workouts if my kids were plopped in front of a screen..my kids beg me to go which makes my mommy time so much easier! Best child care yet and I have tried many gyms in Lincoln!

From a welcome hello when you enter to a have a good day when you leave and all the great things in between from the clean and well kept equipment and the friendly staff, it's all a great experience. Took me 7 years to find the pool but so glad I did! The water aerobics classes and instructors are awesome, very beneficial for flexibility and fitness, would recommend to anyone at any level,keep up the good work!

Highly recommend Genesis for their youth camps & a great family-friendly place to work out, swim, etc. The youth director, Barb, is fantastic! She is passionate about making the camp a safe & fun experience for the kids. My son loved going there this summer. The pools are also a bit hit! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely the best in Lincoln! :)

I absolutely LOVE this gym!! I always worked out at home and didn’t think going to a gym was “for me” but I was wrong. Their group fitness classes are AMAZING! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are open and accepting of everyone and always make sure to include you regardless of your fitness level. I highly recommend Genesis East!

Good equipment and love the facility. Has steam room and dry sauna as well as nice showers. Personal trainers are very knowledgeable. I could spend most of my day there between the pool, gym, hot tubs and bar to get food and shakes.

Decent facility given its age. Decent selection of equipment to use. Cleanliness is limited to main lobby, past that you will find it's been near a year since anything has been cleaned. Smells like mold in the locker rooms.
