Great clean gym, friendly staff and good environment!

Untrustworthy and unprofessional. This determination is about their advertisement and discount policy. I have been thinking to get a membership for a while. Because of that I get a lot of email from them and I see a lot of advertisement about their discounts. I understood that they don’t do any discount. The prices are fixed. They are trying to trick us. After the final Black Friday discount the prices are the same what it was 6 mounts ago. :)

The gym itself and equipment is pretty nice, but the staff...not so much. The girl who worked the Sunday kids club today didn't look at or greet us when we walked in I had to ask if she worked there. Felt reluctant about leaving my toddler there, but did. It didn't seem like she moved from her chair and was zoned in on her phone when I picked my girl up. Didn't say anything to me then either.Weeks ago, I had personal training set up with someone and he was late to the initial meeting and then ghosted the actual first training session. The people working here seem to lack morale, like they'd rather be elsewhere. Not inviting at all.

The gym is well-organized, clean, and in good repair. When machines are out of order they are well marked and appear to be quickly repaired. The variety of exercise equipment available is quite exhaustive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the trainers are both experienced and motivating. The fees are reasonable for the product provided.As a side note the other members of the gym seem to be cordial and non-judgmental of people in varying levels of physical fitness.

I reluctantly tried a Zumba class…and now I’m hooked. I can not dance or have any sort of rhythm whatsoever but I enjoy the music and instructors so much. You don’t have to be coordinated either. If you can figure out the steps then just dance around to stay moving. It’s about being active and having fun.

The facilities are well maintained and the staff are awesome! Plenty of equipment to not slow up your workout and also enough space to feel comfortable. Well worth the money if you want a quality facility and experience.

These guys are awesome. Super laid back staff, and its never packed no matter when I do. Lots of equipment to use whether you're an avid gym goer or just starting to get in to it. Would definitely recommend !

Been to so many gyms and fell in love with Genesis the first time visiting. Been over a year now and still here bc the environment and equipment is so good! Love it here! Plus childcare helps out so much!

They always have friendly and helpful staff! There's a pretty good variety of machines, and the place is always clean. If something breaks, they get it fixed quick. I love working out here.

Mikael Harrop is awesome! He'll push you to your max in 1on1 training but, keeps it fun. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are second to none. 10/10 recommend.
