Fit Theorem - Livonia, Mi

Like others, I joined when it first opened in October. It is amazing. Best decision ever! I always feel bummed when I miss a day. I would love to have the energy to go every day and multiple times a day. The trainers are fantastic, the members are so nice and fun. It makes working out seem less like a chore. Plus hitting and kicking things can't be beat!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! All the staff here are amazing! I have never smiled so much working out in my whole life! ILKB has been the best find for me since having kids. The flexible class schedule makes it possible for me to work out and still have time for my kids. They are personal which makes it fun, and they push you to always do your best. After 2 months I still leave feeling like I worked out my whole body every time!!

I really wasn't sure what to expect prior to my first class, but OMG, I felt so welcomed and the class was so much fun! I knew THIS was the gym for me. The instructors are encouraging, professional, correct my form so I don't injure myself, push me when they know I have more to give and praise me each time I improve. As a member I truly feel part of a family here at ILKB! Not just that but after only a month I'm seeing so many improvements in my sleep, breathing, energy, stamina and strength. I’ve already lost 6 pounds and several inches, and I’m fitting into clothes I haven’t touched in years! If you're looking for a killer, calorie scorching workout that isn't boring and challenges you in the best ways, look no further!!This place is amazing...from the welcoming entry all the way down to the clean mats, the details in the bathrooms that include dry shampoo, hair ties, Bobby pins, face wipes and other hygiene products...you just feel like you're in a well kept environment where there's pride and great care put into making it special.Can't say enough great things about this place, you just have to come experience it for yourself!!

Impeccably clean studio, energetic, knowledgable, and friendly instructors/staff, awesome layout, and a great sense of community.My experience at ILKB Livonia was exceptional, I would rate it a 10/10. It truly doesn't get much better than this.I have been to ILKB's all over the country, and ILKB Livonia is one of my favorites. Whatever your health and fitness goals are, this is the type of place where you not just achieve them, but you will undoubtedly exceed them.I am so happy that I was able to experience this location while I was visiting Michigan. I cannot stop ranting and raving about my experience here. The only downside is that I do not live in the area, and I wish that I did so that I could join in on all the magic they have going on here.Thank you for leaving such a great taste in my mouth ILKB Livonia, keep up the great work!

I always look forward to going to iLovekickboxing Livonia! Everyone’s positive energy is a great start to a workout! All the instructors have amazing patience, knowledge and enthusiasm to help me reach my goals! Weather it be adjusting my stance or helping me with my eating habits. Can’t wait till my next class!

I started taking classes at Ilovekickboxing in early November. I started with the 5 class trial and after my second class I was hooked and became a full member! The warm ups are challenging and get your blood pumping! The coaches are highly motivational and encouraging! With the skills they have taught and continue to teach I have begun to tone up and to build muscle. I’ve made new friends and meet new people in every class. We all encourage one another and are ready to help a classmate out if needed. There are monthly challenges for attendance where you can be entered into drawings where you can win new gear, cash or other prizes! There are also monthly themed DJ nights that are tons of fun and keep you moving! If you want to get in shape, be challenged, make new friends and become part of a fit family, then Ilovekickboxing is for you!

Ilovekickboxing is awesome. It is a way to burn calories and have fun. The staff/trainers are supportive and ready to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals. I’m addictive and love my results in just two months. Come join our fitfam!!
