Seriously life and habit changing. Best decision I’ve made to join this squad - from the trainers to attendees, feels like family, that just happens to physically kick your butt and have you coming back for more.

This is one of the hardest but most rewarding workout experiences I’ve ever had. I hate being bored when I work out and this challenges me more than any other workout I’ve done. I’m so glad F45 opened here!!

Went here yesterday with my mother. It’s a nice facility and I can see the potential however, when signing up for classes they all say “all levels” to me that means beginners-advanced.?To start the two trainers that were there were both prompt and polite. However, we weren't given direct instructions so we had to figure out that you basically follow the workout that is being played on screens through out the gym. The class size seems to be too much for only two trainers to be able to give the necessary attention. The space seems too small for the classes as well. I accidentally hit the trainer with the barbell as he was walking by simply because it was too crowded. The warm up was waaaay to quick! You hardly had time to look at the monitor before the next move was up.IF you are already familiar with exercises, form and safety with workingout/lifting then yes this is a quick and effective workout. If you are a beginner and are not familiar with proper form and you aren’t comfortable with weights I definitely would not recommend this. My mother needed way more instruction on form and execution then what was just being shown on the screen. Yes the trainers helped somewhat but they still managed to let her perform with improper form that is when I stepped in and helped her through every exercise mostly focusing on form and how to do the exercise period. I’d recommend beginners go to a faculty that will provide more one on one instruction.Again this would be More ideal for those already familiar with exercises, I can see myself going here and getting a good workout. You need to be almost completely dependent on your own here.

Great workouts and staff, clean environment. New, up to date equipment and they have showers too. I couldn't do the same workouts with online coaches because I wouldn't have all the equipment available. I skip exercises I don't like when I workout at home so another plus for them setting up the routine. Nice to have a clean shower available when you are in the middle of your day and wanna get a good sweat on and get back to work (linens provided). Also shows the monetary commitment they made in the space. Showers aren't cheap.

I went to one of the opening day classes and enjoyed the experience so much. I have done other types of HIIT and circuit training but not F45. The workouts changed often and quick so I never got tired of pen particular thing or bored of a workout. The music was great and the facility itself was beautiful, clean and well laid out. Coach Amy and Sara were amazing as well! They gave great encouragement and corrections that were helpful to get the most out of the workout throughout the entire class. Can’t wait to go to more classes!

I have been loving F45 since it opened a month ago!! The classes (other than Saturdays) are only 45 minutes, and they make that time count! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and great about giving feedback during class to make sure you are doing the moves correctly, and giving feedback to modify moves to make them easier or harder depending on what your body needs. There is also so much variety that I never dread a workout! I have tried many different class style workouts, both at homes and at gyms, and this is the first one I have found sustainable - the team at F45 will fuel your motivation. As for the gym itself, the facility is brand new, kept very clean, and they even stock some necessities in the bathroom (and shower!) in case you forgot something or decide to fit in a last minute workout. They also have a huge variety in equipment so you can always find the weight you need for the various stations. 5/5, can't wait to see how this gym grows!
