It’s a great facility, but I chose planet fitness because it was 24 hours. Now that’s it’s not I’ve moved gyms

If I could give this zero stars I would.Neither me, nor my partner in the men's locker room had ANY hot water.There is something seriously wrong with a gym that doesn't care enough about it's customers to provide hot water.Also the rest of the place was filthy.Get your membership someplace else. You will be better off.I did talk to the manager on duty about this. Now what are y'all gonna do about it?

I've been going to this location on and off for years and up until now have had a really great experience.Recently though they switched to closing at 10pm every single night without any warning at all to their customers (They are even still listed as 24hrs Monday-Thursday on their google page). I'm in charge of staffing at my work and totally understand that it's really difficult right now. I understood not being able to stay open 24hrs on the weekends. But there is absolutely no point in me paying for a gym that is not open when I am available to go. Especially if they don't have the curtesy to even warn people of the changes.

Not a bad planet fitness. Not as big as the many I've been to coming from the east coast but it fits the area for the locals.Usually not busy, most of the time I can hit all machines that I'm working on to hit that particular body section. There are some variations of machines compared to other planet fitness, not all locations are universal.The staff is friendly haven't inquired about personal trainer or knowledge of staff concerning fitness but I'll keep posted..covid restrictions and requirements are enforced great for us that know covid is real and deadly yet recoverable.Ive been maxing out on most machines gonna end up doing burnouts to further define all muscle groups.

Great place to work out. I can go in and work out as long as I want to and have time to use the massage chairs. I come out feeling good and feeling good about myself!

You increase the rate to 24.99 a month, with the same amount of equipment and reduced your hours at our location. Sounds like employees don't want to work and it appears there is a culture problem. Time to switch up gyms soon.

The gym is clean and the staff is courteous and friendly. Plenty of available equipment. Great place to workout!

Excellent experience with the Main Street Longmont Planet Fitness. The equipment is well maintained, the facility is clean but mostly the people are terrific!
