Love the staff here! They are the perfect balance of friendly but also letting you do your thing. Very clean facility, nice new equipment.

Worst planet fitness Ive ever been to. Managers and Employees are extremely unprofessional and lack communication skills. The facility is very dirty, and alot of the equipment is broken and worn out. Don't waste your money.

Been a member for about 6 years and to be honest I have never been there until saturday last week 12 04 21 and 3 more times this week and I love how relax and friendly everyone is there. Thank you planet fitness for making me feel so comfortable. 😀 …

Planet Fitness on Main Street in Longmont is NOT just a place to work out, but a place of community, connection, and inspiration. In part due to the members, but hugely influenced by the staff. Brittany stands out in particular for her friendly and warm, helpful demeanor, but she is joined by Gio, Vanessa, Devin and the rest (sorry I haven't learned all your names, you surely make it a point to know mine). The wonderful thing besides the staff and facility is that a black card membership allows me to drive across the county and stop in at any Planet Fitness along the way and enjoy the familiar environment. Basically, with PF, anywhere I travel, am home.

I love this gym! This is my first gym and I am learning and getting strong quickly. The staff and facilities are amazing. The infrared sauna, hydromassage and hot shower make my routine so enjoyable!

Me and my fiancé go together around 2:30 AM, every night, and for the past week this specific planet fitness does not open back up after 1 AM. I know there are nightly closures from 1AM-2AM for cleaning, but we have come multiples times and the lights and doors have been locked and shut off. We brought this up to the Planet Fitness on Ken Pratt BLVD, Longmont, CO thinking they might be able to notify the managers or even help a little- the man at the front desk just shrugged his shoulders and said to have a good work out at this one tonight. Last night, we went again and the doors were locked, but the lights were on this time. We called and eventually someone came out from the massage area and answered the phone- then we hung up and knocked on the door and we were finally let in. Not sure what is going on, but Planet Fitness this is just disappointing

I'm happy to be working out. The Times I've been there not too crowded. I enjoy the personal training with Brittany. I did ask how often they are cleaning the restrooms. 1 x a day through cleaning and touchups here and there. Personally I think it more attention. But glad to be back.

By far worst gym I’ve ever been too. If you want a real gym go to golds or anywhere else that isn’t a planet fitness. Staff here are very unprofessional. They have a mask mandate sign on the front door and are quick to sell you a mask for $1 if you don’t have one however they are behind the desk chatting away with masks down. Sometimes they aren’t even at the desk and leave a clipboard and a radio if you need assistance. Don’t see how this place stays in business.

I don't have any complaints about the gym or employees, but don't recommend taking a shower--unless you like torture. They frequently wash towels, and the water in the women's showers is hooked up to the same line. You'll get 10 seconds of hot water followed by 20 seconds of cold, then 10 seconds of hot water, 20 of cold, etc. I wish they would wash towels at 2 or 3 AM or so, when no one's there, but in the future I'll be going to the PF on Ken Pratt.

Terrible management. Asking why my Son -my regular guest couldn't utilize the massage chair when I signed up I was assured my Son would have success to everything. She didn't bother investigating my claim just dismissed me. When I criticized her management of the situation she kicked me out. I'll never be back to another planet fitness again. Good job Vanessa!
