It is a clean planet fitness, the staff is friendly. The devices are all or almost all brand new, very nice to see.Just the customers should better check the rules again and clean the devices after the exercise. Feels like they do not see all devices are new. Locker room an shower could be cleaner.

Always friendly staff plenty of equipment great if you’re getting back into working out or work odd hours like myself. Also affordable unlike other 24 hour gyms

They've taken away the personal customer service experience by making check in for services by the computer which still obviously has allot of kinks. Couldn't even tan since they were unable to set up for me in a timely manner, 10 mins later I gave up.

Why are the employees so inattentive ?I’ve seriously seen Soo many people walk in and out with out checking in . I’ve seen people take drinks all the time ! I’ve seen employees chase down people to ask them something that they Should have done at the Entrance when a customer comes in . Isn’t it their job? To Greet and Welcome everyone that comes in ?? Instead of huddling with each other to converse at the front desk . Idk who is in charge but If you are Already paying them to work, Why not make sure they are working ??

I have been trying to cancel my membership for months due to the fact that I have moved out of the area. Every time I have called I am told a manager is not in. I live in an area now where a planet fitness closest to me is almost 60 miles away. I wouldn't recommend planet fitness to anyone. The gym itself was nice but the fact that I cannot get anyone to help me is ridiculous.

Since my last few visits from 2017 to 2018; they've replaced all of equipment with newer and more modern technology for measuring an individual workouts. They've removed the walking track. Updated and added more free weights to the floor with benches. My next time at Planet Fitness will involve earlier workout times to engage any morning workout classes during the week.

I give this place 5 stars because it serves it's purpose. Very great friendly staff who are always willing to help with anything i've ever asked about. This is an adequate gym where you can find a way to work every muscle, sometimes you have to get creative, maybe thats some peoples problems. The people who go here like me, respect each other or at least keep stuff to themselves, it can get a little crowded after work, but google can tell you when theyre the least busy. You cant beat the price.I think that people who complain of unfriendly staff or anything along those lines might be lacking in their own abilities to effectively communicate, or maybe they caught an employee in a bad moment, humans are not perfect.

We started going to this planet fitness a year ago when we moved to the area from Denver. The gym is great but for one guy that seems to sit on one particular machine for about an hour doing several reps and then just sitting there occupying it for 10 or 15 minutes before doing another set or two of 10 reps. Since this machine is the only machine of this type in the gym it is rather frustrating to have to wait for this guy or simply miss that particular exercise. What makes it worse, is that the guy doesn't even use the machine correctly.

I went in to re-start my membership and got the absolute best customer service from the assistant manager, Lina. She got me the same rate and plan I had before and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This is why I love you, Planet Fitness!
