I love the freedom of an anytime gym. But, if my guest wants to try out a tanning booth or utilize any other part of the Black Card Membership, they are denied. So you cannot try before you buy on any of the percs of the Black Card Membership.

I was going to sign up for the first time at planet fitness. but when they asked for my checking number and my routing number. I immediately denied and left. I rather go at the rec center. why would i want to give my banking information to a third party company taking over my bank account and i dont even know if a can trust them with it. Great policy you have planet fitness.

Shift lead B.D Was so helpful, and kind. She helped me renew my membership after I lost my job, couldn't pay my bill, and stopped coming. She waived my fees and helped me sign up my sister as well. I'm so excited to get back in here! Love this gym:)

Love this place but they do not have enough free weights. Also, there are several a-holes that just hang out to try to hit on girls, occupying equipment without actually using it. The deals there are unbeatable regarding their membership. Get the $20 one, it's the best.

This gym is clean, staff is great and the equipment is always in good working order. It would be nice to have ten less treadmills and one more pull up / dip station and hyperextension station. Also, there isn’t enough floor space for mat core/yoga work. It seems these are always the busiest areas.

This place is not a good place to go I have recently cancelled my membership and decided to come in with a family member who had the black card. I just cancelled last month tonight I go in with my family member they tell me they are going to create a guest account for me.. I'm telling the girl my information she pulls up the screen for me to sign, I sign she tells me is that how you normally sign your name I look at her in shock!!! (Thinking who asks that) I shake my head yes and walk off... when we get done were walking out the other short girl with black hair stops me and tells me can you come here we deleted your signature I need you to rewrite it??? ( thinking why would you delete it???) So I write it again she deletes it and tells me to just write my initials I do and finally look at her and tell her who are you to tell me how to sign my name? (Shocked and embarrased) this is not the first time this girl has harrassed me. I do have an unusual name but come on I had a membership for two years almost 3 and no one had a problem charging my card every month with the same name listed o the card... This is why I refuse to give this place another dime I called and made a complaint the last time she treated me this way but I'm sure nothing was done about it.

So overall I've been going to Planet Fitness for a few months now I never really had an issue with them. Until now it's no one's wrong not my wrong not they're wrong but the fact that important information was not put out for me to know about my child age of what's appropriate for them to accept. After going and having a person come up to my son when that's a stranger Danger to ask my son how old is he note this I was in the locker room when he came up to my son imagine how my son felt being escorted to a table for something he is not understanding what is going on so yeah i took my child feelings serious. I wish next time they practice on how to approach a child. Everything went well I am not upset at what happened but I do not agree on the policy when it comes to a preteen. thirteen-year-olds to 16 year old are a high risk as well going by themselves because they can easily damage equipments and teenagers have the tendency to fool around without parents company them. My child being under 18 years of age I would have thought since a mother is a companing her child to get a work out for his boxing tournament that will be coming up soon that it will be ok but nope my son did leave in tears cause he really want to get prepared for his fights. they also assumed I was a sibling when clearly I am not I am a mother why would a sibling sign up a child when they cannot do so. Overall I did looked around and for any parents that want their child that's under the age of 13 to work out at a gym And a companing their child. Anytime Fitness on Francis accepts children under 13 as long as they are accompanied by parents and they have a membership there. But overall I am not mad about the situation. Thank you for telling me and putting credit in my account to pay for next month. I also do not blame the person that mistaken about the age for she is a awesome worker and has a bright smile all the time. I feel that maybe their should be a sign up where people can see that no one under 13 of age so this issue does not rise again.

They never clean the locker room for one. I swear it smells like some kind of foot fungus. The managers are rude or as I would describe as a pc frat boy. They contract you and keep charging you even after it's up. Btw you can't cancel over the phone. Overall this gym is awful and if you were wanting to work out at a gym because you are sensitive it might be for you. Just picture yourself being analyzed by everyone of the workers cause they are always watching and don't you dare bring in your gallon water jug because they think you'll trip over it lmao. (Like someone is going to trip over the elephant in the room) and if they were truly concerned about that I'm sure a regular water bottle that rolls would be more of a threat. Cooperate...white man....that doesn't care about you just about making that money gym. Hopefully this review helps you not make the same mistake I did...convenience doesn't exist here I could be next door to the place and still go to the one across town. Won't make the same mistake twice....walmart of all gyms kick rocks

I have been to other Planet Fitness locations and they have had more and more varied types of exercise equipment. If they added some barbells and/or enhanced their equipment I would give them a five. The staff is friendly and the personal training is top notch.
