I highly recommend this gym for CrossFit enthusiasts located or willing to commute to the Arts District in DTLA. The coaching is phenomenal and the programming is definitely challenging. Darren, the owner is very attentive to how he manages the gym and ensures that everyone has a great experience. Luis is also a great coach who knows all the techniques involved in all facets of CrossFit movements. I've met some great people here and the community is very supportive to ensure you can meet your fitness goals. 5/5 recommended!! Check it out!

Great place! Very nice people and facilities. They got me signed up for a drop-in account very quickly, and I had a great training session. Looking forward to the next visit!

I was very intimidated by CrossFit, as I’m sure many people are when they first start out. But the coaches where very patient with me even in my most frustrating moments. The endless support and comradery at the gym really made me feel welcomed and comfortable.I’ve never felt so empowered at a gym until I came here.

I signed up for the gym with experience. I went only ONCE for a private session which was good, the coach was patient with me. Although I signed up for a month membership I canceled it days after signing up because I did not like the atmosphere. While I was in the gym everyone seemed pretty rude to include who I believe was the owner. Typical douchey-muscle jock attitude. I thought I was having an okay conversation with him and next thing I know he just turns around and walks off before I could say anything. There's a 30 day cancellation fee however in my experience gyms are typically more than willing to refund you for a month that you're not going to use. I'm not mad that I spent the membership cost for a month but that they didn't cancel it for the next month and charged me for a gym that I don't even want to go to.
