I was in LA for two weeks earlier this month and dropped in at Trojan Crossfit several times during my trip. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area (drop in or local). The coaches are attentive and helpful, the space is great (especially given the location), and they were very accommodating of my recurring drop in situation. Thanks for having me!

This place is one of the best of the best box gyms in LA. The coaches are supportive and encouraging with helping you in perfecting your technique and form. Ever since the new owner took over, he's created a community in the gym and made the place a welcoming environment. Another plus is they have their own PARKING - in DTLA, that's a gold mine! :)

I recommend this Crossfit gym to anyone & everyone in the downtown LA area!! The community is great, friendly and welcoming, and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful; and open to all levels in essentially every class. To name a few, Tiffany, Kayla, Devin and Rich are THE BOMB coaches and Darren is great too!! I love the energy of the gym, the size of the place, but mostly the people and challenging WODs every day! I am by no means an athlete, but they definitely make you feel like one here! I love this place - and especially love the great people this box draws in. They can count on me being a lifetime member, no matter what I have to do to make sure my membership is up to date...seriously, I'll do whatever it takes!

This box or gym (whichever you prefer to call it) is literally my second home. The staff and members are my second family. Which may not sound like much to a normal person, but for an ex-alcoholic who never worked out in a day in his life, is HUGE! Before I joined Trojan, I was on a 3/4 bottle a day whiskey habit for years. Then I joined and it changed my life. Being drunk everyday lost its appeal. Feeling healthy and seeing muscle definition makes it all worth it. If you're like me who loves to work out in a group setting, then come on by and check it out.

Large, roomy facility with a variety of equipment - not limited to just crossfit. Awesome box. Coaches are very knowledgeable. Workouts are very well-rounded. The community is great support for anyone wanting to improve on your overall well-being.

Trojan Crossfit is an amazing awesome box. The coaches are PHENOMENAL and all the members are so sweet, friendly and energetic. It's a wonderful place to join whether you are just starting out, changing boxes, or just want to get an awesome workout in. The coaches are attentive, full of knowledge and advice, you are not pressured into doing anything you don't feel comfortable doing, there is always an alternative to any WOD, modified or RX you are always cheered on and left feeling amazing! Trojan is definitely the best box I have ever been to, and probably will always be the best. I love the people, the box and the whole entire atmosphere!! Goooooo Trojans lol!!

Trojan has become a second home to me. The staff and members are amazing, warm and welcoming. The coaches are awesome, very knowledgable and go that extra mile to make sure you are getting the best possible workout. The box itself is very spacious with the best equipment, even has a gender neutral restroom (a plus in my book), very welcoming atmosphere and it's own parking lot.
