i like how the vibe is positive and energetic. the facility is well maintained and clean. the coaches intentionally try to get to know you, which is also a huge plus. if you have the financial capabilities, i recommend you give it a try.

I've just joined Prevail (after boxing for years and years) and I absolutely LOVE IT... the trainers are knowledgeable, personable and make you train HARD.I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I love this place! Started taking classes here about 4 months ago and I can't get enough. I'm older and started very out of shape and everyone here - Coaches, staff and other members - have been amazingly supportive. There's no judgement - just encouragement. The classes are challenging for all fitness levels, and this is my favorite workout. If you have a hard time motivating yourself working out because you hate what you are doing (personally, I'm looking at you, Yoga), then give Prevail NoHo a shot!
