I recently joined BoomBox Fitness and have never felt more welcome and comfortable at a new gym. Kelly, her team and the community have been supportive and patient as we learn the ins and outs of the gym and the movements of the workouts. The coaching is unlike anything I've experienced in the past at other gyms. Great rate and offerings. Happy I chose BoomBox Fitness for my new gym home!

Great gym that will meet you where you are in your fitness journey! The gym is filled with athletes at all different fitness levels! The coaches are very knowledgeable of all movements, and care about your health above all. They offer nutritional advice and are partnered with a meal prepping service! Owners Kelly and Damon have put their heart and soul into this gym and it truly shows in their actions. After opening in December and the journey through the pandemic, they have shown nothing but the best care for their athletes!

Words cannot express what this gym means to it's members. You aren't just paying for a class or for programming. You are getting every level of support that you need to be successful. The coaches at this gym devote everything they have to their members and go above and beyond the call of duty. They help you with your lifting form, improving mobility, achieving health and fitness goals, and they do all this because they care.Come and visit for a class, especially if you're like me and you hate working out. The coaches and the amazing community will keep you coming back.I love this gym!!!

I love everything about this gym! I had never done this kind of workout before, but the coaches work with you to modify to your capabilities. Everyone is so encouraging and you truly feel like you are part of a family! I have seen so much progress in my weight loss and improvements in my strength in the last 11 months. I just wish I had found them sooner!

I always wanted to feel strong and soon realized that running and cycling wasn’t going to get me where I wanted to be. I never knew how to lift any kind of weight until boombox and quickly started to feel stronger than ever after a month (esp in my running). The coaches are experts at meeting you where you are, while challenging you to improve in every area.But what I love most about this place is the community. I love the folks I workout with and the accountability from all of the coaches—so much so I drive a good 20 minutes+ to get here. This place is special y’all

I was visiting Louisville from Texas and so worked out here for about 3 weeks. The owners Damon and Kelly were extremely friendly and helpful. Watching some of their classes, I saw how knowledgeable and caring they were of their members and how much they treated every person as family. My favorite thing about this gym, outside of it's friendly atmosphere and cleanliness standards (seriously, do you know how hard it is to find a gym that I don't mind sitting on the floor to stretch?) was their ability to give every member a movement they can do no matter what their ability is. Can't recommend Boombox enough! I will definitely be back when I visit.

The BoomBox is my second home!!! The people are fun and welcoming! Great community. All ages welcome. I am about to be 59 and could use some new friends. Kelly and Damon Smith are the best people you can meet and will cater to your fitness needs. Come join us!!
