Not the worse gym but I can’t understand what the owners are doing with all the money being made here why is it not being put back into the business the water fountain has been broke for several months ridiculous the water filter has been on red for over a month which means it’s nothing but tap water and it’s warm water very nasty not refreshing at all ,when u have people really working out .The staff constantly leave stuff that is a hazardous ,someone could sue mop bucket just left in walkway for at least part of the day and who mops with old all day water that is not cleaning. The floors are filthy u will leave dirty if u have to do any mat work and for a week the studio floor was slippery and easily could have fell because staff mopped with the wrong product . Again a clear slip and fall situation could have occurred .Trash cans are falling off the wall only need some screws to fix simple to me and a lack of cleaning bottles is really starting to piss me off for I like to clean my machines bottles are empty and there are like three bottles for whole gym I counted yesterday .Also noticed over last six months the gym has locked up mats and some equipment that use to be open for over a year I didn’t receive any notice on that and fees didn’t reduce being we can no longer go ride the bikes in the room or use mats u have three mats out for entire gym and they also are dirty. Moral of story hire a real cleaning service it’s not that expensive for the amount of masonry this gym makes or do better a few screws a filter cold water for ya customers and cleaning supplies to keep us from getting sick should be doable Other than that machines work well and gym has friendly people

*Update* the gym is much cleaner now than it was when I first started my membership and steps have been taken to improve so I appreciate that.

I suggest to everybody else to go to Middletown or outer loop Dixie crunch management is veryyy sloppy and just poor management skills all the way around , they let most of their workers just sit there doing nothing and expect one person to do majority of the work very disrespectful treats members like a bank account but when it comes down to cancel membership they do everything in there power to avoid it especially over the phone most of the time they will answer and walk off and ignore it hopes this helps you guys out into making the right decision and going to a gym that treats you with respect and not just a bank account 😁

I had the BEST personal trainer ever! Daniel Cockrell is absolutely amazing. He made me feel comfortable and worked with me on my level of fitness. I can't thank him ( and the Crunch Dixie Family) enough for the motivation and kindness.

You are gonna hate this place if you try to leave. If you try to cancel they will misinform you. I sent a letter like 3 months ago if not more to cancel. I was not told I had to send it certified. Now they are calling saying my account had been frozen when it should've been closed and I owe this month.Like...seriously ? If you are desperate for $30 bucks, imagine me with no employment since this whole dang pandemic started. Cancel it and stop stealing, no one has time for that. I can't even go directly to the gym to cancel 😕The staff was nice at least before the pandemic. I'm sure whoever keeps calling and emailing is not the one person I remember from there.6/10/2023 - after a couple yrs I found out the account was still active because google said my password had been compromised on the site. Balance was $330. I sent an email and after a couple days the General Manager Brittany took care of it. Change my 1 star to 2 because of her. Thank you.

Crunch Dixie is the best crunch! It’s perfectly spaced out, has a lot of equipment, and the showers are always clean. What makes Dixie the best is their personal trainers— specifically Daniel. He’s VERY knowledgeable, takes his time with you, listens to your goals and creates a program just for you. He also pushes you past where you think you can go without being too harsh. He can work with anyone and help them reach their goals. He’s very personable, passionate, and just an all around great trainer!

I got scammed by this gym.I thoroughly enjoyed my membership at Crunch. It may have been a little too crowded for my liking, but it truly was not that big of deal. However, I am moving to a different state, so I had to cancel my membership. They told me their cancelation policy and what the final charges to my account would be. All was good and well until they double charged me, combining a last month's payment and the annual fee, which had already been paid a couple days earlier (meaning I am out almost an extra $100 on top of what they said the final charges would be).I went back the gym and showed them the bank statements, to which they did nothing and said to take it up with my bank. The manager that I spoke to even acknowledge that I was double charged and did nothing about it. I went through that long process to no avail of receiving my money back. This gym scammed me out of almost $100 and there is nothing that they will do about it.
