If you want your lungs to bleed, arms to fall off, and legs broken (but in a good way!) every week, all while being told it's "easy work", then Burn is the place for you! The trainers and staff are always supportive and constantly push you out of your comfort zone to get the best out of you. And just when you think it is getting easier or you think the trainers aren't looking....BAM! Here comes some extra weight, extra reps, a mod up, or maybe (most likely) all three at the same time!!! It seriously is an awesome community and life changing. I am going on 3 years now as a member and my wife has been a member for 5 years and we could not imagine going to another gym!

This was the worst experience!!!! Their online waiver didn’t work. They said they would have paper waivers and didn’t have one when I got there for me. They said they would figure it out and I started working out. The coach came over to me after beginning and said I couldn’t workout without. She didn’t try to help solve it. She was very rude too. She was actually not good at coaching people through movements and they were doing box jumps from a bouncy floor which doesn’t even make sense. The boxes should have been on the ground. She didn’t apologize for experience either. Her name was Erika Grazziani. Alyssa upfront was sweet and trying to solve the problem but couldn’t. I would never go there when there are so many good group fitness in the area

An amazing facility with top notch trainers!!! If you are looking for a gym, definitely check this place out. It’s a different workout everyday and is less than 45 minutes. While it is a group camp setting, I do feel that the trainers do an excellent job of one on one coaching. I actually have to modify for several different exercises, but I still feel like I workout just as hard as any other camper on the floor.

I started burn about 2 1/2 years ago. I’m now a 60 yo women. In the past year I have had both knees replaced. I was so nervous about going back but the trainers and the burn community have been so supportive. Was welcomed back by the people I usually work out with. They modify anything that I need to, let’s just say I can’t jump a lot!!! Don’t let age or physical ailments stop you, you will be welcomed with open arms. Live my burn community
