I honestly can’t say enough about this gym. The facility is always clean and organized. Their coaches are really professional and take what they do seriously. They really stress quality of movement and overall health. They know how to meet people where they are and how to push them in the right ways so that they can not only get fitter, but also lead healthier, fuller lives long-term. The gym emphasizes community and is full of friendly, encouraging members. I love the convenience of all of their open gym and class times. It’s also great to be around so many people who vary in their fitness journeys but who all show up and work hard. I’ve been to a lot of gyms and dropped in to a lot of places all over the country. DC is hands down my favorite.

Best gym I’ve been to! Beautiful new equipment and large high end facility with AC and locker room showers HUGE plus! Welcoming members, owners, and experienced coaches. Always coming out with awesome quality apparel and member events monthly! I’ve seen results in myself and others since I’ve been at DCCF!!

Found myself in Louisville for a work conference and purchased a week pass for Derby City Crossfit. I travel frequently and always make it a point to drop in on multiple different Crossfit gyms in each city so I can experience as many gyms as possible. I am an avid crossfitter and I have dropped in on countless gyms across the country and Derby City Crossfit is one of my favorite gyms. While in Louisville, I broke my rule of never attending the same gym twice because of how positive my experience was. The coaches are inviting and knowledgeable, the athletes are friendly and helpful, and the programming was both fun and challenging. I cannot recommend this gym enough. I am coming back to Louisville next month for another work conference and I will definitely be back to this gym.
