A dingy basement gym. It smells like sweat and full of old equipment and older bodybuilder posters. If you want to get access to free weights for a reasonable price with no contract and friendly employees this is your place. They have three squat racks for Pete's sake, and all in an area that can't be much more than 900 sq feet. All function, no frills. I love it.

Gritty, gnarly weightlifting. The last of a dying breed of gyms.
