I love OTF St.Matthews! After taking about a year off exercising, it was just what I needed to get back. I love the accountability and variety in the workouts. The coaches and staff are amazing! It’s a great community that I am happy to be a part of. Thank you OTF St.Matthews!

Every single person at this studio is professional and friendly. They take time to listen to member's needs from the front desk to the workout studio. This studio shows they are always prepared, supportive of its member's goals and provides a safe yet challenging workout environment.

Great coaches. The orange theory fitness works well in an hour,, covers cardio and muscular. It also works for me because I travel and can attend a class while on the road. Lastly, the exercise rooms are kept clean and sanitized. And the coaches make sure of this.

Orangetheory is by far the best work out for me through all the years of working out! Its super challenging but equally fun at the same time. Everyone is wonderful owners included and I look forward to seeing them upon my arrival. I can’t think of one bad thing or anything that needs to change. They really get to know you and the coaches will discuss the goals you have. If you are looking for a life changer, this is it and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I love the community and general vibes in the studio. It's an awesome and intense workout that can be geared to all fitness levels.

I can't love on OTF St Matthews enough! Coaches are constantly encouraging you. They seem to always know just when I'm struggling and it's their positive attitude and energy that gets me through what my mind is telling me I can't do. I know the whole staff is fantastic and BIG shout outs to the ones that get me through each workout from walking in the door to completing it successfully - Kelsey, Allison, Kristin, Sandy, and Ieisha. Thank you so much for the positive experience you provide each day!

It is very difficult for me right now, being out of shape and the excessive weight gain over the last 4 years, but I needed the push. After the class, I feel so accomplished and great -sore muscles and all. It will get better the more I attend classes. Kristin has been so helpful, patient, and understanding in class while also driving the group to give it our all. The entire staff are so welcoming and accepting. If you are looking for something different with exercise and health, and need a disciplined and uplifting environment, with great people, try it out.

The staff and the facilities are amazing. If you ever have an issue they take care of whatever you need right away. The coaches are encouraging and help push you to be your best. Overall this is an amazing studio they truly make your workout experience a great one!
