Absolutely the worst O.T. I have been to. Workout was good but i didn't break a sweat. The worst part is me being alerted to a unauthorized charge to my card for $28.00. I immediately called my bank to find out who it was from, they said it was from Orange Theory Fitness (which I had been to that morning with my friend who is a member). With 2 days Free posted on every window and on their site. I was shocked to see the charge as Ummmm 2 days free, when does that come into play?I called the Orange Theory in the Paddock (which is the one I attended)and spoke to a person named Ivy who was extremely rude and should not be able to handle anything in the customer service department. After letting her know my issue and asking why i was charged she kept saying I told your friend there was going to be a charge on the phone and I heard you in the background so I know you heard it. I told her I did not and it was not on speaker so therefore I didn't know and assumed my class would have been free, as advertised, otherwise I would have purchased a packaging as that's what I intended to do after my "2 classes free" (definitely not free) classes were up.She laughed and asked if there's anything else I want and I asked to speak to someone else which she then told me she was a higher up and that there wasn't anyone else. I then asked the owners name which she responded with a laugh and said Billy and Kate Thompson and proceeded to say I can speak to them all I want. And then hung up.Needless to say. I have 3 friends who attend this particular place and 2 are will not be continuing after their month is up.

Great studio! Everyone was very welcoming as I was visiting from out of town. The studio is easy to find.

It challenges not only my body but my mind. I would never be able to do those workouts on my own. The coaches push me to a whole different level and has made me so much more confident in myself.

I like the variety, and I like that it's not boot camp style where you rush to do as many reps as you can. I like the focus on quality of movement vs quantity. Also allows you to pick higher weights. Currently being pregnant I definitely feel some of the exercises are not appropriate for me, so would appreciate some modification suggestions.

Orange theory is the first exercise habit that has ever worked for me. The high intensity format combined with the great coaching I get that meets me where I am and pushes me to try my hardest everyone I walk in the door is changing my life. I recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a good workout *and* community.

If you’re looking for a great workout you need to try one here! I am not a person to workout on my own but working out with a group and being lead through it is a whole different experience. Coach Iesha kicked our butts and brought the energy! So much fun!

Clean facility, personable staff and trainer and overall a great place to workout. I'm treated like a friend or family not a member at a gym!
