Our favorite place for sports conditioning. My high school athlete found her love for conditioning here at BHP. They have adult classes, too. Check them out!

What I love about BHP is the community feeling you get. The training and the fitness opportunities are endless but it is the relationships with the other members and staff that makes it worthwhile. My daughter also trains there for soccer and has loved it and will tell you, if it were not for BHP she would not have met her athletic goals!

I have done physical therapy at another provider for several issues, as I have psoriatic arthritis that is managed with various medications, however I choose to work with PT vs. using narcotics. In the past PT has been less than effective and I've felt like it was not as tailored to my needs as it could be. Working with the Carrie has been so amazing!!! She asks me how I'm doing, what it I feel is working and what we can change to better help me reach my goals. She communicates with my doctors, doesn't leave it up to me to translate what is going on. I feel that this PT experience is so much better for me and I can't imagine working with anyone else in the future. The addition bonus of working with David to achieve my weight loss goals has been a key for my upcoming surgical prep. Understanding who my body used the food I put into it, making a plan for changes that will most benefit me vs. the cycle of hit and miss diets, has been a game changer. Who would have thought I would feel the best I have in years right before a major surgery!!

This is the best facility in Louisville. The trainers/coaches are awesome as well. The coaches push you to do your best but focus on technique/form as well. This is NOT a gym where the classes just beat you to death and ultimately get you injured. The classes are all well planned and have a purpose. The large turf field allows you to do a lot of things that you can not do at other workout facilities. My 12 year old daughter took classes over the summer and they really helped her strength/speed/agility. The most important benefit is they took the time to make sure she was doing everything correctly and she loved it!

As a NCAA division one athlete I recommend this place for anyone wanting to be the best. It has prepared me for everything the highest level of college sports demands. I have worked with Coach Eric Hammer for several years. His coaching paired with the great facilities at Baptist Health create a top level environment that will push you to elevate your game. Whether you are preparing for sports or just want to get in top notch shape, this is the place to train.

Classes are available for youth and adults. I've participated in the adult program for the past year. The class format progresses in cycles to continuously challenge you. You will work hard and can expect to make major gains in strength and endurance. All the coaches are highly educated professionals. I'm really glad to have found this facility. I believe it provides a unique training format to this area.
