Keep pulling money from my bank account. Spoke with front desk to freeze up my account twice, He said all set. A month later they charging me again. Call today spoke with Michell not clear about her name because she is rude and hang up the phone on me (Manager). Threatening about my account will go to collection if i dispute the unauthorized charge that they did to me . What a crooked , money-hungry gym ?!

Extremely dishonest campaign being ran by Best fitness. This sponsored post showed up on my Facebook feed, when I brought this up less then a week into my membership, several different employees gave me a run around answer. First it was “this is a promo from the end of last month”, guess what I signed up at the end of last month and the option was never presented to me. I speak with the manager, at which point I’m told “that’s not a real promo, that’s just to get people in here”. I could not believe this gym could be so dishonest and I refuse to be a part of an organization that runs such falsified information. One star is the lowest that I can give, I would give zero if I could

They want to take out the monthly fee on the 10th of July? What if we don't want to come? Covid didn't just disseapear to thin air. When I first came in they wanted to go thru that routine where they want to showcase the gym, I told him I was all set, he kept persisting on it. I was told like how it was advertised the cost would be 19.99 after the whole run down before signing the papers he says "it will be 21.99" I should've just left but I did sign . They take advantage. Don't come to this gym, it's dirty, machines are old, Waste of your hard earned money!!.

False promises and unclear membership policy. There is specially one guy by the name Mike, at BestFitness Chelmsford. Before we join them, he clearly said that we can cancel the membership within 1 month if we don't like it. But after 20 days, when we wanted to cancel it, because we could not make to any of the classes, he changed his face and started acting arrogantly. He said that it is 14 days and not 30 days. I was forced provide the card details and sign the contract, even well before I read the contract. They will not explain the terms and conditions and whats in the contract before you sign it. They are ready to charge you and not going to pay back. We also asked to move us to a lower plan, but they were reluctant in doing that. We had to forcefully continue there and pay them eventhough we don't use services. What a non-democratic policy it is?Its just not me. There are many friends who had same bad experience. Best fitness is good as a GYM , but staff like Mike (Michael) are not good and not transparent. They should be trained to be more polite and transparent.

if I could give -10 Stars I would, the employees don’t like to do anything but redirect you when you call I tried freezing my account which was successful so they didn’t charge me for two months, they weren’t supposed to charge me unless they emailed me or messaged me about it and I wasn’t supposed to be charged for six months, they charged me anyway and then they keep redirecting me to speak to other employees who are just as incompetent. I will never again get a membership with this gym and I will never recommend any of my friends or family here. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

The fitness center needs new or refurbished equipment most of the equipment is worn out and or broken safety hooks for weights are missing, the facility needs more attention, there’s a yearly equipment fee, they should be taking care of the customers, I do not want to end up getting hurt or see anyone else go through that. Customer service is great, Cleanliness of the facility awesome. Dumbbells need a better organized rack.But other than that, thanks for providing what we need to try and stay healthy.

Absolutely the best Heath Club facility in Lowell. All the staff members are professional and courteous. The equipment is second to none of any Gym in the country and it's a great value!

In today's now "health conscious" society. Much can be said about nutritional values, as well as getting proper exercise. But the whole concept or idea, is obsolete when staff choose to be "rude" and "disrespectful". I can try to pinpoint what it is. I chop it up to this new generation. Not all. But there's quite a few of you non-communicative / non-friendly human beings who actually work here "staff members" a specific 3. I'm not your cellphone, I don't want you talking to me, like you talk to your friends. I've been to quite a few gyms and enjoyed them all. And because of it, made good friends along the way. I will say hands down the manager and trainer are fantastic individuals. Who try and go above and beyond keeping their establishment running smooth. I have to give credit where it is due. Unfortunately you have a few bad apples in the bunch.
