i absolutely LOVE aerial atmosphere! i found them by chance and everybody here took me in and helped me learn. All of the instructors are super nice and the classes are always really fun and super inclusive. I’ve made lots of friends with other clients and the instructors. LOVE it here!!

The atmosphere is unmatched to any studio I have ever been apart of! Everyone is so supportive, and it feels like a second family. No matter what level of fitness you are at, everyone is welcome! It’s an amazing way to boost your self confidence!

This is my favorite place to be! I have been attending classes here for almost 3 years because it is one of the only forms of physical activity that I actually look forward to. I wanted to start being more active, but after attending my first aerial hoop class, it became about so much more. It is now my creative outlet, a stress reliever, a place where I can accomplish physical and mental challenges, it has given me more confidence, and I’ve met so many amazing women! The community is my favorite, everyone supports one another and builds each other up! We compete only with ourselves and cheer everyone on, which is crucial to helping accomplish your goals. If you’re looking for a fun workout, or just like to be artistic or looking to meet new friends, I highly recommend taking a class here!**all the false negative reviews are coming from the business next door. None of them have actually experienced a class here and were asked to leave false reviews by the business next door who would like absolute silence at all times in a commercial space with no insulation.**
