I cannot express in words how much I value this studio! ALWAYS a positive atmosphere with nothing but love and acceptance for all. I would give 100 stars if I could. The owner is amazing and the instructors are incredible and so supportive. Truly my safe space!

As a former dancer just trying to pole dance as a hobby now it was difficult finding an open studio for me to practice at. The women here are very respectful and the pricing for two hours of open studio you just can't beat! Ive already made future appointments.

I tried the beginner silks class and had a really nice time. I had not experience in anything like this, but was able to pickup several moves pretty quickly. The hour long class was only about $16. I would highly recommend for a girl’s night out activity.

Was in town for the weekend & decided to drop in for a private lesson. The instructor was friendly, professional, and well-prepared! Clean & spacious studio. I would recommend coming here.Sidenote 1: Google takes you to the back of the building, you'll need to enter on 50th street in the front.Sidenote 2: Sign will not say Aerial Atmosphere, it will say something like "Fitness"

I started coming here with a friend at the beginning of this year, just trying one class at first. I fell in LOVE with this place! Mind you, I'm a bit of an anxious and awkward person until I get to know people so I walked in on edge and anxious. I came out beyond happy! Since then, I have built so many relationships with the instructors and other attendees here and absolutely adore this studio. The owner and really everyone I've gotten to know have been incredibly friendly and encouraging, even offering support and advice when I'm dealing with personal problems. I always leave class feeling more free, confident, and cared for. Truly one of the most amazing atmospheres I've ever been in. Even now when I'm having to take a break from classes to tackle school, I know I'll come back and it'll be like I was never gone, love these other students instructors, and owner.

Took my first class doing Aerial Hoops and LOVED it! The class size was small so I felt like I wasn't lost or having a hard time keeping up. The instructor was fabulous and very personable. She explained everything well and made it very fun!
