I'm deeply disappointed with the rigid policies and uncooperative customer service of this company. When I attempted to downgrade my subscription for financial reasons, they were not accommodating. Furthermore, their 30-day notice requirement to cancel a subscription is unreasonable and feels out of step with customer needs. Unfortunately, the lack of flexibility makes it impossible for me to recommend their services. Proceed with caution when considering a subscription here.

hello All，I just missed my last class (20$ per class )before I canceled my membership. I drove my way 25mins in traffic jam so fast and I didn’t want to miss the last class. I am 7mins late you said 5 mins late policy so rudely! I also beg you make-up in the next class with empty spot . Nobody understands!!! So bad a day. I want to talk about what I feel about this plates studio. I am so happy to join at the beginning but honestly I feel increasingly terrible about class scheduling. Too busy to book a class! Disappointed!

This place is great until you move and tell them to close your account. They are still charging me monthly even though I told them I don’t live in Lubbock due to a death in family.
