I love Tru Fit at 4th and Loop 289! The staff are friendly and professional, helping me to set my personal journey to my fitness goals. Personal trainer Zach ROCKS and is always willing to meet me at the gym at crazy hours that work for me. When he sees me on days I don’t have a session, he still helps out with any questions. He keeps me accountable, which I really need. I have never had a gym membership before, thinking that they were a waste of money and time. I have been wrong about that. I would strongly encourage you to give it a shot. I bet you will be glad you did!

I've been working out here for about 6 months after coming to Lubbock. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The gym is clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. Additionally, I am working with my personal trainer, Sam; she is so nice and knowledgeable.

I’ve been personal training with Coby 3 months. If you haven’t been to the gym in awhile and don’t know where to start, he will make it easy to get started and definitely push you to do better every time you show up!

I wanted to get back into working out, and the 4th Street TruFit was the most convenient. Easy process to get signed up and I even went the route of once-a-week personal training sessions (shout out to Zach)! It’s a good accountability check. Good space in the gym and it’s nice to have a women’s area! Would be awesome to have some expansion (ex. personal training designated area). 7 months and it’s going great!

Great gym with a good variety of equipment. The aerobics room is very nice and spacious. There’s a women’s area, basketball court, childcare, and spacious turf area for various workouts. Locker rooms have plenty of lockers, a seating area, private showers, and a sauna. I cannot speak on prices because I use a program through my workplace. Would recommend to friends/coworkers!

I broke my femur in October, attempted to contact to cancel my membership due to severe restrictions due to my injury and they told me I had to come in to cancel. I literally couldn’t come in due to my injury and I explained that. They never offered to email me the form, failed to notate my account of my request for the cancellation due to my injury. When I went in today they refused to give me corporates number and tried to say I would owe them for the next 2 months as well even though I went in exactly like they said. I offered to show proof of my injuries with my medical documents and doctors notes, and the employees wouldn’t even look at it. I also explained that I did tried to call and the employee said emailing me the form was an option! I explained they never offered me that option even knowing my situation. This is terrible customer service. It’s now been almost two weeks with no resolution, no call back and no follow up and each location never has their GM available. This company will lie and lie and lie to you.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Been coming to this gym for about 8 months now and the environment it provides is phenomenal. It's so well lit to keep the energy up and the turf they have installed opens up your possibilities to so many more workouts. My trainer, Travis Roberts, is so nice and knowledgeable about what he has you doing as far as workouts go. His professionalism and customer service skills go far! He puts us first and always pushes us to be our best. Definitely staying with TruFit as long as I live here!

The staff is so nice and helpful! I walked in for a tour and they were very accommodating and friendly. The gym and locker room were very clean, and they have an all-ladies section. Nate explained all of the membership packages and prices very well, and it was an easy set up! I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to start working out!

Love this place! Everyone is super friendly, and John is amazing. He’s a great trainer if you need anyone; also, he’s one of the best managers (I’d say in the state). There’s an upstairs that has the majority of the chest equipment. There’s a few machines I think that need to get moved to downstairs, but overall I love the set up. Especially with the basketball court indoors.
