MY FAVORITE GYM! I have been to other gyms and this one is the must judgment free and has the kindest people. The staff is very friendly and will always be there to help! Every time I workout one of them makes a point to talk to me.

I love that Tru Fit has affordable child care. Courtney at Tru Kids is so amazing! She’s very welcoming and kind, my daughter LOVES going there and all the staff are always so sweet. I’m glad there’s a safe place for my daughter while I work out!

I’ve been coming to this gym for 15 months straight every morning and I can count about 8 times they don’t have anyone to open at 5am. This morning there was about 50 people waiting outside for someone to open. No one showed up! This is so unfortunate, we all pay a lot of money most people come at that hour because we have things to do. When you ask to speak to management they tell you to call Corporate but they never answer. The times that management came in to open at 5am because they couldn’t find anyone they have a huge attitude. If we keep having this issue I will have to make a video on tiktok until it goes viral.

Sydney was super helpful at the front desk and a super nice girl! I also talked to her over the phone and she was very informative and helped me out a lot. This is the best trufit location in Lubbock by far, I will definitely be renewing my membership!
