I love working out at Tread Tabata! It’s the perfect combination of cardio and strength for a full body workout. Every class is different and challenging. Kathy and the other instructors are great! You get an amazing workout in 45 minutes!

Tread Tabata was AMAZING! I’ve been going to the a Beverly location this past month and have been so impressed with the instructors and the workout. I’ve noticed major changes in my endurance and strength. I would highly recommend!!

I was so nervous to start this in Beverly. The instructor, Kathy, was not intimidating at all! She made the classes fun, interesting, and the time flew by! The full body workout was amazing with both cardio and strength training. Everyone was so welcoming and kind! Can’t wait to go back!
