They allowed me to cancel my membership for free, but since my due date is in five days and my payment is now pending, I’m going to have to pay $10 on the 17th of this month even though I’ve cancelled it already. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

The assistant manager Debbie was so rude me and was yelling at me and also banned me for no reason and calling security on me I told her I was gonna cancel my membership whenever I wanted too and she made her own choice to cancel it herself and banned me she asked me I had 5 minutes to tell 1 of my people to leave because I bought in 2 people and I went to tell my people to leave and she called the security to kick me out and I also have multiple witnesses that she being so disrespectful to me if I can please talk to someone or to HR about this !!

Is a nice place but to enroll, you have to provide your bank account information. Yo can't pay with your debit or credit card the membership. Mmm not for me.

Easy to apply in the App. The representative inside can help you. Very clear environment. Sanitize and paper towels located next to different machines. Easy to understand each machine and to use the app for more details. Good customer service.

What I like about my Planet Fitness experience are many things... where do i begin? Planet Fitness has a Great Staff. Clean environment all around the Gym. Great experience completely satisfied after a great workout. Grateful of being a member.

it's a very affordable price, but it's kinda small and always full. I go here because it's the closest gym to me, at a good price. to avoid peak hours you should come at 5-7 am, or 6-8 pm.

What kind of gym doesn't have a working water fountain? Been like that for weeks they dont even bother puting a out of service sign .. and dont even expect them to fix it !! Canceling membership asap!!! Dont bother coming here!

I use to brag about coming to this location, because it was better. Now I don't know what happen in a change in management or branch management, but this location is now getting worse. All of a sudden, they don't allow you to bring an assistant device for better care in using the equipment in which by the way You are the source of income for Planet Fitness. They have the audacity to make unneeded rules that are not within customers best interest. And worse, the ONLY location that does this......
