I was debating about becoming a member and wasn’t convinced if I should become one. So I stopped by to see how the environment would be and oh myyy the staff was welcoming! I met one named Prisilla and she was truly the dearest to me and was very patient and considerate with me. Because of her I might actually become a member because I knew I would feel comfortable with her around.

Greeter boy with the blonde hair has no customer service manners.His whole demeanor is rude. His RBF, body language and tone in his voice.Don’t they get paid to be friendly and welcoming because all he did was make me feel like my fat self did not belong at the gym. Like my presence annoyed him.Gym it’s self needs love.It’s small, not to many places to stretch. Cleaning stations are dirty.There was a very nice girl who was cleaning the locker rooms. She was on it as well as the chunky boy. He is nice too.

Awesome experience here all the staff are very friendly. The bathrooms are clean and big. They have cleaning supplies to wipe down all the equipment after use. There is a large variety of machines available for use and theres always somebody atound to help if you have any issues. One of the best gyms I've ever been to.

It's a great place to work out....the only reason I did not put 5 stars is because it doesn't have a POOL and a row machine which would make it the BEST. The one in south gate by plaza Mexicois so hectic to find parking after 11AM..but its a kool workout place.

Pretty clean and staff very friendly , in the beginning of my workout it was somewhat busy but then slowly cleared off would definitely be back :)

I went tonight with my son...had 2 wait one hour and a half to go in then another 35 minutes to use the treadmill...im going 2 get my money back

Horrible experience, I literally got kicked out because I was "lifting too much" sad excuse for a gym would not recommend.
