Planet fitness is never a preference for a gym, it is convenience. This planet fitness has around 4 smith machines so you can only imagine the wait. If you're looking to run on a treadmill at midnight, then this is the gym for you. Progressive overload is difficult here but not impossible.

The manager there “Debbie” she’s too rude very commanding, she acts like she owns the whole gym. She also picks on people for no reason. Someone needs to put that manager on check.

They only have 4 stairmaster machines and 2 of them have been out of service for over 3 weeks. So if lucky you get to use one once in a blue moon.

Tried to cancel through certified mail. 2 months later. Still being charged. If you plan on having a home gym at some point, do not sign up for this place ever, it’s a scam to lock you in. Gym staff are not helpful.

I was told to leave a small workout bag in the locker room,I told the reason why I don't leave it in there, 2 bags have been stolen from there, not 1 but 2, Plenty of thieves in that particular location, besides that it gets to crowded in specific hours, doesn't seem that they care too much about the social distancing, if you can avoid this place and work out somewhere else I highly encourage you to do it, Peace.

The manager Isreal has no customer service skills the manner which he speaks to customers . I understand they are a franchise but the lynwood gym they do not want to really service members that sign up at other sites.

Great service, great trainer, great fitness equipment machines to use for different types of workouts. great monthly price. open 24 hours 7 days a week. it is connected with plaza mexico. it is near the freeway of the 105. near banks, food chains, bus routes will take you there and near the train stations of the green and blue line.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. In March they automatically renewed my membership. I followed their directions on sending certified mail to cancel since I moved out of state and I sent that from Iowa on March 26th. The letter was in Lynwood by April 2nd but in April 19th, I am being charged again. I’ll be calling back and going to California to confront the manager but do not sign up for this gym unless you want to deal with a headache to cancel. Will update this review next month.I'm glad I waited on updating this review, they did not cancel my membership like they said they would. They froze my account for 3 months and charged me again in July.

This place is not that big and it's always hard to find a parking spot because it gets packed easily. Other than that,it's ok. And this is a separate gripe I have with every Planet Fitness location: they literally have 50 treadmills and only 1 peck deck.

Yikes!!! Lack of cleanliness. All types of webs with heavy dirt inside the phone holders. It definitely shows how this location isn't keeping up with their own standards. Such a shame. Hoping someone will deep clean this place.
