I love this gym, it’s been my local gym for over a year and I can not wait until it reopens. Please re open soon. The staff members are all helpful and kind. The only thing that I dislike is I can’t bring my own ankle straps or bar bell protector for my pelvic area, but other than that I love it. 😊 …

I come here only because it's the closest to my house. They said I could do the refer a friend promo in the building when I signed someone up, after they were signed up, they said never mind, even in the building it has to be done in a special way by clicking on link, which they just saw I didn't do.

This place is like my home away from home, thank you to all the workers who have made me and my family feel comfortable with getting back in shape.This place has some of the nicest workers you could ever meet. They always greet me when I walk in and tell me bye when I’m leaving. The bathrooms are clean, the equipment is never broken and they are great at placing weights back on the rack. The paper towels and cleaning sprays are always full, and the trash cans are never overflowing. In the past I have always felt nervous about bringing a guest with me to other gyms (pressure to get them to join before working out) but not at this gym, if your a black card member like me, there is not uncomfortable moments when the workers want your guest to join as well.The people who work out there are kind too, I have been known to accidentally drop my key or ear buds and I have always had someone working or working out there return them to me at the front desk. The people who work out here don’t use 3 different machines at once and don’t try to hurry you up while your using your machine.Overall, I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks you planet fitness, plaza Mexico, I look forward to continuing to use your gym to get back in shape!

My Father inlaw went to do his usual workout at this Gym on the shoulder press machine and got told by an employee that he was making too much noise on the machine and that to be careful before he breaks it, he is in his 60ties and does this workout regularly, when he went to make a complaint at the front desk there was no staff available, seems this particular staff member was having a bad day which causes an angry Gym member to write a nasty review...Planet fitness staff needs to be more respectful towards their members, after all don't ever judge an old man and his workout strength!!!!

I love it here! I love that’s it’s open 24 hours and I can go anytime. Every time I go everyone is welcoming. If I have questions they answer with no issues especially me being a first timer! :)

I love this plane fitness, why the one star? Because this morning I went to workout And after my workout I went to the locker room and to the showers just to find out there was no water I had to go to work all sweaty couldn’t go back home to shower, they even had all the toilet stalls out of service, and I asked the staff and they said we haven’t had water since yesterday I think this is an inconvenience to everyone and they need to fix it right away.

This gym is clean, friendly & organized, but don't really like the location because it’s in the middle of the Plaza. So I highly suggest you get dropped off if you arrive between 4pm-9pm because the gym/ plaza will be busy. No parking.

I have been to many Planet Fitness locations over the years all over California and this PF in Lynwood is by far the absolute WORST . Let’s begin with the rude customer service, staff behavior and attitude is the first impression. And the staff here mainly the folks at the front desk ( usually a young man and wound woman ) are impolite and not the least bit mindful or helpful. When I have approached them with simple questions I am met with an attitude, as if they I bothered to answer simple questions . Other locations have much better service and always help with simple requests with a kind smile . You are never greeted unless a manager is within earshot. Common curtesy is lost on the staff . Secondly, even with the current Covid -19 crisis the staff stands around and holds never ending conversations all while the sanitizing stations are ALL out of paper or need assistance. I hardly ever see staff doing much in terms of cleanup. And lastly many machines need to either be fixed or replaced. I remember the leg kickback machine not working properly over a year ago at least , and to no surprise has yet to be fixed . Granted the faulty machines do not fall on the workers, however it is a shame that repairs are not addressed and taken care of by General management who also has low customer service skills . All in all of you have a choice to go to another location by all means do so . Honestly Wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star

Love going around 1am. Not too many people. Always clean. Friendly staff.

Horrible customer service they wouldn’t accommodate there customer at all they need to change their policies and be a little bit more flexible on what is in a membership contract I would never recommend this fitness center to anyone.
