Pink Strong! I absolutely love being a member of the Pink Physique. The trainers push you in a way that is gently to your physical limitations but hard on crushing your fitness goals. With free classes that vary throughout the week, you have a wide variety of options to embrace your best fit into the fitness world. I wouldn't trade my gym for any other! Love my Pink family!

This is my place to be for a mental, physical and spiritual pick up. I have been a member with perfect attendance for going on 7 years, and I have to say every trainer brings something special to the experience. There is a certain red-headed trainer now that we all love to hate because she is relentlessly challenging! Anyway--- All trainers tailor your personal program to your personal best! I knew this was a healthy place when my first trainer said we would take "baby steps" so I would learn and stick with it. It worked! We work hard, get results, and make friends with people we may not have found without this path.

I must say this the best present you can give yourself. I have thoroughly enjoyed working out 3 times a week since July 2016. The personal trainers are understanding, helpful, & awesome women. Alli is awesone also, she helped me tremdously with eating the rights to lose the weight. This has been the best journey for me. What to have to lose, just pounds and inches. It is well worth it. Thank you Pink Physique!!!

With ASF, their contract manager, you can’t break the contract unless you die.Don’t let this gym be a dark step in your weight loss journey like I did!I was talked down to and humiliated every personal training and nutrition session. They use negging tactics, constant insults. "No one will ever love you if you don't lose weight." I saw plenty of people quit and never return. As I did after they wouldn't work with me when I had foot pain. But that's what they want so they can keep your money and not have to deal with you. It's a scam.

My niece and I visited The Pink Physique twice and enjoyed trying both a pilates/yoga class and a dance fitness class. The instructor was awesome, and we had a great time! Now for the "but"... I had made it exceedingly clear from our first time there that my niece only had time available until school starts back in August. I spoke individually at different times with 3 different staff members who all gave me varying information about signing up. My last phone conversation contained the phrase, and I quote, "I am sure we can make some concessions for your niece." I am not expecting any free service; I will gladly pay for classes. However, once it came time to actually sign on the dotted line, I was told that there was no option other than a year long contract. Interesting since I never hid the fact that she only had until August. Ah, the dreaded upcharge. Overall a great place, and I think it is a shame that they do not allow anything short of a year contract (with the exception of boot camp I was told...who knows). As for me, I will be taking my money elsewhere.
