This is a great gym for personal training! The staff is amazing and helps to keep me motivated to keep coming back...even at 5:30 in the morning. I definitely recommend if you're trying to get back in shape or stay in shape! They modify everything to meet your needs and steer clear of injuries!

The atmosphere of the gym was good. However, do NOT join if you plan on moving before your contract is up. They refused to accept the documentation that I provided, which was told to be okay to use. Now, I have been charged for 3 months of which I NEVER stepped foot into the gym. Glad to know that the money was so important. It's been the worst experience ever. I will never join another gym.

Absolutely the worst gym that I have ever been to. I worked out there fore 3 weeks and was repulsed. They are dirty, it smells terrible in the gym. I left because I was certain I was going to get some type of infection. They make it sound like they have all of these great services for women, they do not. They are basically glorified workout videos. I wanted a personal trainer and they refused to give me one because I should "start out working out on my own"....that was the point in having a personal trainer....So I could learn. The gym is the size of my bedroom and while you are working out in the gym area, they are running classes and screaming at the participants and playing music so you cannot even think straight to do your own workout. They only have 12 machines and the classes are using them while you are in the middle of your workout and when they have 6-10 people in a class, they rotate stations so the entire 30-45 minute class, the machines are tied up so you cannot workout even if you wanted to.Further, they are absolute LIARS when it comes to their contract. You sign a contract with them that you end up signing a contract with a third party company that is not listed in the original contract. When I tried to break the contract because I was so dissatisfied, they said I needed proof of a move greater than 30 miles away. I am from over 500 miles away and moving back. They would only take a utility bill (gas, water, electric), proof of change of address from the post office, or a purchase agreement for a house. I have a signed lease but that was not proof enough of a move for them. So now I am living in another state and paying for a crappy gym membership that I never should have signed up for in the first place........by the way, they told me that it would be very easy to get out of the contract because I was out of state. GIANT LIE.In a nutshell, they are liars, cheats, and run a disgusting facility that I would never return to or send someone to if it were the last place on earth.

I was a long term member. The owner, Alli (a very good sales person), will make you feel special and knows how to promote her facility very well. She sales well and you may end up signing the contract before you realize what happened. I would suggest that you take your time to read the contract especially the fine print and compare everything including the environment, pricing etc., before committing yourselves.Machines are very old and lack in variety. Often you will find that the machine you want to use is already occupied. Equipments are not cleaned after each training and therefore high risk of contamination. At certain times as you train there will be a class going on and the gym does not facilitate for both things simultaneously, creating a higher risk of bumping into someone and/or causing injury. Music is extremely loud!!!!I learnt the hard way, because one never goes back and refers to the contract, my training was one-on-one and after a certain time it became a group training. Since I enjoyed working with my trainer I did not pay attention to the change. I brought this to the owner’s attention and obviously too late from my side, she became very defensive and had no business skill in handling the matter - portraying the attitude of “The Business owner is right and the customer is wrong”. At the Pink Physique there is no room to discuss period!

I was looking for a local gym and went to visit The Pink Physique, staff was super friendly and atmosphere was very welcoming. Love that this is a women only facility. Can't wait to start my membership!
