I’ve been going to this gym with my partner for almost a year and we love it. It has pretty much everything we need to be able to train. The staff is mostly friendly, especially, Monica is always friendly and eager to help! Derek is a great PT I can recommend him as well. The gym is clean and it seems like it’s taken care of. We love the classes like yoga, or cycling but work makes it difficult to schedule a class sometimes. Open 24/7 which is also a big “+”.

Mind blowingly bad experience working with this club on my membership. They told me one thing before I signed up and then after paying for a $1200 family membership, 2 weeks later they told me something completely different. Avoid this gym. I would never give them another dollar and I’m seeking a cancellation of my membership in a dispute with my credit card. They are unethical people. Extremely disturbing.

I'm so sad to leave the Fitchburg Princeton Club after about 10 years with them. It's time to renew but their policy has changed so that in order to renew I'm required to have a payment method online with them. In the past I have always paid for 1 full year and with a check. For those of you who have had your identity stolen, you will sympathize and understand why I do not put that info online anywhere. I explained that and said that I can come in and pay, but Lamar (membership services) said i must do monthly online billing. That's the only way. His words were, "If you don't want to do it that way then you probably don't want to renew your membership." He said there's no other way.So it is. Princeton Club would rather lose a customer who is williing to pay annually and risk bad publicity than accommodatea guaranteed payment method. Sorry to see you go Princeton Club. I'll train for the Chicago marathon elsewhere.terri schmit

The gym is fine however the staff, especially the females (One in particular who seems to be the ringleader) are just the most unfriendly, cold and judgemental people I've seen in the gym. I don't pay 600 dollars a year to feel like I dknt belong as soon as I walk in the door. Unfortunately I think the ringleader is also the manager and she seems like she also treats the minority employees like dirt. I vet strong racist vibes from her like she's better than then. Additionally the management clearly doesn't care about men. There's like 4 rooms I've never even been in all marked woman only. I've never seen anyone clean the men's locker room and it stays filthy. Sadly since covid the pride in ownership has clearly deteriorated to virtually non existent. There doesn't seem to be any accountability fir the employees either.

I really like this location- it's spread out nicely so I don't have to feel self-conscious using machines by "gym bros", and the pool area is rarely busy when I go by. The locker room areas in general could be kept cleaner, but it's still a much cleaner facility than the west location.

I switched from west to Fitchburg because of pool having wider lanes, deeper water & more salt w/ less chlorine. Everyone very friendly about sharing lanes during busy times. The locker room is borderline Disgusting… I don’t think I’ve ever seen it being cleaned. Above the lockers is literally inches of dust on the wall. Your “premium” kleenexes, which I don’t think I could get any thinner are never available.
