They don’t have enough equipment… there’s many things that are missing in many locations… and in the big locations the equipment it is really old. They need an update.

Full service gym, really nice if you have younger kiddos, there is a couple hours of daycare if you are at the gym.

Dear Princeton, do you need some cash to buy cleaning towels? Every single day this place is out of cleaning towels. The “best” in Madison can't manage to provide enough towels for their well paying members. It's not like there is a pandemic out there! Just embarrassing...

Hello. I felt the service at this Princeton Club ™️ location could use some improvement. I called to inquire about the details involving your landscaping outsourcing, and I received little knowledge to this effect. I have added an additional star because I understand that I called after normal business hours. That being said, I feel that all staff, ALL STAFF, should be aware of pertinent details like this in case of unique scenarios like the one I’ve described presently. Although this predicament has not impacted my patronage at the Princeton Club ™️ franchise, I have SOME hesitation with further inquiries regarding facility management. My qualms involve the concern that tacit information, such as this, should be commonplace among all Princeton Club ™️ team members. Thank you for your time, Katie.

The gym is clean and well maintained. The Staff is professional. They consistently upgrade their equipment. It gets very busy during peak times. No complaints

Smith machines are a hot commodity in all locations and here they're occupied most of the time. The one upstairs in this location is catching now, don't know if it's old or just need lubricating. Most gym goers here don't clean after themselves or have mask on (mask mandate doesn't change people's behavior). If you're at risk or live with someone who is, you've been warned.

It's taken me years to start going to the gym regularly but princeton club has helped me achieve my fitness goals. The gym has a wide variety of machines, weights, and classes to choose from. I love their total body, core, and dance classes and they are adding a bar class in the next few months. My trainer Alex Grahn has been really encouraging and helpful all throughout my fitness journey. I highly recommend him if you need an accountability partner to help you stay consistent with the gym or if you want someone knowledgeable there to help you get the most out of your workout. I'm very grateful for the experiences I've had here so far‐ thank you Alex and Princeton Club!

Stop spending all this money on advertising when you were bragging about getting new equipment. Tons of stuff broken in treadmill, hot tub, rowing machines, squat rack, water fountain has been needing the filter changed, locker rooms have mold and seems they are barely cleaned. Counter people never know what's going on with repairs when issue brought up.
