Thank you female managers from this location, as a truck driver I am constantly on the road. These ladies Kat & Bea made me confident enough to understand that I AM able to hit my goals. I have been able to workout at all my favorite locations. I wish I could truly be comfortable with giving 5 stars but the fitness manager at this location not only does he act like he has no idea what he’s talking about he will just about walk away from you when speaking to him about your own concerns. Is this how any manager should treat their clients? I am hoping one of all the trainers acknowledge me next time I’m there

We visited this gym while in South Texas. Vanessa was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this gym. She made us feel welcomed! We will definitely be coming back because of her!

Assistant Manager was very helpful to register my teenager. He was able to explain the type of membership and the perks including prices and scenarios in which prices could change.

The sauna in the man’s room is not hot enough!!! They need to rise the temperature!!! I heard that they refuse to raise the temperature, and many have complained and they do not raise the temperature many members are upset since this has been going on since they opened the gym
