I have all 3 of my boys in their various classes; Stage 1 for 5-7 year olds and Stage 2 for 7-9 year olds. After watching them for months I also realized the amazing benefits and took up their all womens class. Never thought I would enjoy jujitsu so much but it’s incredibly useful for self defense, physical exercise, and mental exercise.Coach Stephen is experienced, encouraging, and energetic. All the kids enjoy his classes and his balance of discipline and fun. Coach Stephen keeps techniques simple and straightforward and then the kids have a blast with the variety of games, challenges, and grappling. It’s a great overall family feeling you get when you step into this gym, unparalleled by any others.Two of my boys aren’t the most outgoing but jiujitsu and this gym in particular, has helped them build up their confidence and character.

We LOVE this place! All 3 of my kids have been taking classes for almost 2 years. Coach Stephen is amazing with the kids and is the perfect mix of disciplined and fun. I am even taking the women’s class and that has been such a great experience. There are classes almost everyday so it’s easy to fit in with our busy schedules and we mostly attend the homeschool classes during the day which is so nice. Teaching kids jiujitsu and self defense is an amazing life skill.

Professor Felipe is very skilled, knowledgeable, and works with his students. We love everybody here, great gym for our kids as well as adults.

My Son Jayden has been coming here for about a year now and it’s definitely one of the best things we have done forhim.Through the guidance of Professor Felipe,our son is farmore compose,disciplined and driven to strive better in learning this art and being a better person in general.Jui-Jitsu not only trains kids great life skill of self defense but it also builds a great character.It’s a great facility thats always clean and very family friendly.We’re glad to be part of the Rockstar Family!

We have had so many great experiences with professor Felipe. He is amazing with our 6 year old who is very active. Our son never wants to disappoint him and his overall attitude has improved since he has started jujitsu. Our whole family has grown to absolutely love this sport. My husband, who is now taking the adult classes, enjoys the fact that he can stay active and healthy. As a mother who is sitting in the sidelines and paying attention to the technique, I myself have grown knowledge on self defense. They do offer an all woman's class that I'll hopefully join in the future. Overall the most important thing is that our son is having fun and learning something new that will take him far in life.

The facility is very nice and it’s kept extremely clean. The owners are very friendly and always helpful. Our 6.5 year old daughter started with Coach Joe he was awesome, we now have the privilege of having Professor Felipe. He is amazing at teaching discipline and respect by example. Also his skill to teach all the small details is incredible. Our daughter has had an amazing experience and is excelling in the sport. It’s a family friendly environment.

My daughter attends class here and the change I have seen is amazing. She has gained so much confidence and has such an positive attitude. 100% recommend
