First month in, going in at 7am. Not bad at all, bit crowded but thats ok everyone is there for the same reason that im there for (EXERCISE). The Business should really consider 24 hours.

Great place to go workout I have the black package so I get to use the tanning and the massage chairs and bed. Always super clean staff is always super friendly Erin runs a very good gym.

Totally not happy with the tanning! Facial bulbs not working in one of the bed 5 and I wasn’t notified before entering so now it’s a long wait to get me into a bed that actually works correctly! What a nightmare.

Great place to work out. Showers and lockers available for members. Most of the employees are very nice and helpful. Great gym especially for the price.

It's a very clean facility with friendly staff. They were missing some basic machines and free weights, including a decent deadlift station. But overall, it was a fine place for a decent workout.

I like planet fitness, but when I'm in Medford I'm not so thrilled. The staff seems unhappy and bothered. The music is always whiney mumble rap or the hit pop songs, even at 2 in the afternoon when it's mostly older people. This location just doesn't seem to be as judgement free or friendly

DO NOT PURCHASE A PLANET FITNESS MEMBERSHIP. I hate the annual fee AND there is a substantial cancellation fee! Sure, its still somewhat cheaper than other fitness centers but PF lacks a lot of equipment. Pay $10 extra a month to go to an honest fitness center who are actually open 24/7. The annual fee was never disclosed, neither was the cancellation fee. I need to read the fine print more often or get hustled; they came off so honest and sincere, and really pushed the "sign up for only $.01" while leaving out the most important fees. Must be a problem if the fee charged is the first item the customer service rep asks.

I enjoy going to Planet Fitness. A great staff, warm and encouraging. The place is clean and inviting. You work at your own pace and there is a trainer and classes you attend. I would recommend it while-heartedly.

I'm a frequent client at both the Grants Pass and Medford locations. Both are impeccably clean and staffed withFriendly and helpful people. They work hard to make PF unintimidating, and it shows. They work to make everyone welcome. And they don't smell like a gym, either. Re ommended.
