I have traveled across the country visiting numerous PF gyms for the past 2 years. The N. Medford gym is by far the cleanest and best maintained facility . The staff is so friendly and helpful. You will definitely feel that "You Belong"!.

I love that I can track my visits and workouts.I enjoy the circuit and treadmills. Making time for me has always been a struggle. Starting was difficult, but when I kept going, it became fun and rewarding. Some self-care progress is hard to measure. This has been the best $10 and 30 min a day spent. After a few weeks, I could start seeing and feeling a difference.Happiest I've ever been.Thank you, PF!!

Great gym!! Awesome staff, nice well-kept machines, and it's never too busy to feel intimidating. Plus, the black card is a great value!

Great selection of equipment and so much variety from weights to cardio. Large space for exercise and stretching. Locker rooms with lockers and showers available. Restrooms are some of the cleanest Ive ever seen. Employees are helpful and never bother me and the attendees too don't bother me with unsolicited advice. Just would like longer hours. Plus massage chairs avail with upgrade!
