Canceled 2/1, and no you can’t call or use the app, you’re required to cancel in person. So I drove in signed and canceled. But come to find out they never canceled it and hung onto my bank account info. They charged me more than two weeks later on 2/17. It was unexpected and over-drafted my account. They had every excuse in the book as to why it happened, but no real offer of apology or solution. Just we can give you the wrongfully charged monthly fee back, but as far as the overdraft fee WE CAUSED, you’re SOL, sorry about your bad luck. Extremely unprofessional. Save yourself from being stolen from and just go to a better managed gym.

The Planet Fitness gym located in North Medford is a pretty good place to go and work out.The staff there are fairly friendly, and seem to know what they're doing.The membership is very reasonable.The facilities are pretty new, clean, and very much up to date.Next time you're in North medford, and need to get your pump on, stop by Planet Fitness and hook it up!
