My husband has a membership there and he lift's weights on the weekends. He seems to like the place a lot. Swimming racket ball and exercise equipment.

Lots of old equipmentAnd the sauna is broken every other week and there aren’t private showers. Hard pass on this over priced gym

Love this place. Been in and out since I was 15, they use to have an indoor track upstairs. Great gym, I have always fealt welcome. Great staff.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The trainers are phenomenal and very knowledgeable. Definatly a welcoming place to start and continue a fitness journey.

They was so nice to explain everything to use gym and amenities! The place is amazing with a perfect swimming pool, gym to practice box and a beauty sauna to relax!! I recommend it if you travel around Medford
