If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would! How do you chrge someone late fees when monthly dues are taken out of paycheck? Their answer: we have a once a year charge of $25.00 for something...and now they want to take out penalties for the $25 not being paid! P!&& off! You've got enough of my money already!

Superior Athletic Club has become a family to me and many friends. It is my happy place, and they have it all. Any classes you can imagine, three locations, pool, hot tub and Sauna!!!

Horrendous customer service. I can’t believe people pay to go here. Was wearing my mask with my nose out and got very abruptly barked at to pull my mask up. I pulled my mask up, turned around and was immediately barked at again because the worker thought I pulled it back down. I yelled “leave me alone” and he ripped me out of the building without giving me a re fund. Arrogant douche bag employees who think they rule the world. Wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to have to go to this gym. Not only is their customer service garbage, their equipment is subpar

After being a member of this place I must say I could not be more happy to leave. It is expensive for what you get. The equipment is old and outdated. Many pieces of equipment need to be updated, however I doubt this will happen. The owner here Jim K is a pi** poor owner who is incompetent and is unable to read an entire document from start to finish. One of those who just reads the title and ignores the rest of the documents. If you don't believe me checkout their FB page to see the back peddling. DO NOT GO HERE! please sign up else where, somewhere that actually maintains their things, reinvest in their business and has people who actually care about their members. MANY better gyms in the Valley.Response: I did use another name, as I have seen you comment on other reviews asking for names and looking for peoples contracts. Feels like a huge invasion of privacy just to look up people because they leave a review you disagree with. This isn't the first time you have tried harassing customers who leave negative reviews.

I've always loved the space to workout and plenty of equipment. However, I think after several years of being loyal it's time to cancel and move on. I understand things are expensive but I feel the gym is falling apart. Alot of the equipment needs to be upgraded or at the very least fixed properly. The cleanliness and hygiene has gone way down. I'm not trying to be completely rude towards the gym there are some really good people there but it's time for a remodel.

Best Gym I have ever been to!

People are friendly and the facility is clean. My only complaint is that they don't have any machines for short people, especially bike machines.
