Visited from Portland for a week and needed a drop in gym to keep progressing on a 5X5 program I am on. Been on the Strength & Conditioning program at Industrial Strength Gym for 9 months now and I did not want to lose any of my hard earned gainz. I needed to do 5X5 on 4 lifts. Deadlifts, squats, bench press, and press. I also needed chin-ups. You can do all these here. 2 deadlift bar jacks. 6 squat racks. 4 benches. 6 chin-up bars. Bumper plates. Kettle bells. Everything you need. There was a chalk station but it was empty. The next day there was some chalk in it. Better bring your own. Also it was hidden upstairs between some squat racks and not downstairs in the room where deadlifts, kettlebells, chin ups, and other barbell lifts were done which was weird. Opens at 4:30 am. Closes at 11:30 pm. Good for any schedule. Big lockers. Nice showers. $50 weekly or $12 daily. Good for someone like me visiting for a week or just a weekend. I really appreciate how this gym made it very easy for me to keep up on my program. I visit Medford often so I will be doing the drop in again.

Thank god for Superior! I personally don't know how anyone can stand all the purple at Planet Fitness. I guess you get what you pay for, eh?! Forever loyal to SUPERIOR!
