I love training at Brazilian Top Team! I started taking Muay Thai classes in July and have been going twice a week since. The classes last an hour and I come away from each class having learnt something new. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable but will push you to your limits. I would definitely recommend trying a class!

I started my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey with the BTT family and Professor Edgard Dutra. This place is family and always will be! Professor Edgard Dutra has been a friend and a brother to me for many years! I have been training for about 9 years and this place is still one of the best places I have ever trained at! Professor Edgard Dutra believes in his students and makes them better by pushing them and working them hard! I recieved my blue belt with 3 stripes from him and wish I was still there to train and earn my black belt from him! I am a brown belt now and will continue my journey for life because of what my friend Edgard showed me! I hope to one day be as good as him and possible receive my black belt from him! Best gym around. Owner is a world renowned black belt but has the patience of a Saint. Trains adults and children and treats everyone with respect. Both my kids train jiu jitsu and after a year my husband joined. I do the women’s Muay Thai class. It’s a family here, and we love it!

Brazilian Top Team in Melbourne is a great academy with a wonderfulteam that is very welcoming. My family and I live 3 hours away and when we are in the Cocoa Beach area we always make it a point to stop in and train at either one of the two locations Professor Dutra owns. It is definitely worth training at and worth the 3 hour drive. The people are friendly and the skill level available is top notch. I recommend going to Brazilian Top Team in Melbourne if you are in the area.

Have been coming to Brazilian Top Team for a month now along with my two daughters.Edgard is top notch a man of both integrity and a great professor, a sincere heart who represents the essence of BJJ. I have throughly enjoyed every training session. The feeling of team work and knowing that everyone is helping everyone to get better is Awesome. My daughters in a months time are flourishing. Been training since 2010 at this gym and absolutely love it! My children also train here and we all have had great experiences shared by the instructors and fellow students.
