Love my team, no disrespect to any of the local gyms but this is the best team in the area. Come train with us and you won't be disappointed. We have amazing coaches with different styles to learn from giving you so much different amo to add to your ground or standing game.

Stopped in while on vacation from Ohio, the Professor welcomed me in to train. I did the 11 am class on a Monday and it was great, 2hrs long great warmups and very good technique. This is a competitive gym but in a good way.

Edgar Dutra is for sure the best BJJ instructor if is not one of the best here in Florida. His school in his area is the best for sure and I recommend for anyone to train over there. Great place great people and for sure real Jiu-Jitsu.Osss

Amazing place. Not only Edgard is a great sensei, with a huge knowledge, but also the mat is big and comfortable for everyone during the training. I strong ly advise everyone to visit BTT, from kids to elder ones. Best place to practice BJJ in Florida.

After watching my two boys train for a while, I had to get in on the fun. Professor Edgar treats everyone like family. Great environment to train and push yourself beyond what you thought possible. I have nothing but great things to say about the gym, staff and people who train there.

I’m a BTT family member for a long time! Yes, I can say family member because that is how I feel! We, teammates, are a family! I have been training martial arts (bjj, mauy thai, wrestling) off and on for about 13 years. This is my 6th different school over the years (I have moved a lot) so I feel I have a very unique perspective. BTT is a phenomenal BJJ school. I love that there’s no big egos or bad attitudes. Even though I came in as an outsider, everyone was super friendly and welcoming (most schools aren’t like that). All the coaches and students are always willing to work around injuries and ultimately look out for your wellbeing. My favorite thing about this school is how many students there are between the two locations. You never run out of sparring/rolling partners from a variety of skill sets, sizes, and weights which is so critical when selecting a great BJJ school (that also helps you to progress quickly). There’s lots of legitimate black & brown belts too in most classes also which makes this school special and unique for Brevard County. I can’t wait until my kids are a little older to sign them up at BTT also. The kids program is popular and looks awesome too.

I have trained jujitsu in this academy for the last six years. BTT academy offers a great environment to learn BJJ along with a great highly qualified teaching staff who care about your success and progression. All the training partners come from different walks of life and all share a mutual respect for hard work and discipline that is hard to find anywhere else.

After training at BTT Boston for 9 yrs, I had relocated to FL in spring of 2018. I started training at BTT Indian Harbor with Prof. Edgard and love it there. He welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home when I moved to the state and knew not one person. His Jiu-Jitsu is Barr none, some of the best training you will find anywhere! His classes are awesome and his techniques well explained. From beginner to expert, you will learn something new each class. If you live in the Melbourne/Viera area, this is the place to train ....period! No other school compares. You will not find a better instructor in the area than Prof. Edgard!

I have train and know Edgard for many years. Had to move way for business reasons, but never lost contact with Edgard. One of the greats instructor and person I have ever meet! I train in other school now and have always being invited to train at BTT and BTT has come to my gym to train. One thing I learn a long time ago about BJJ gyms is if you want to know the teacher (Professor) look at the students and how happy and proud they are of their school. I’m proud to say I have trained under Edgard Dutra and the knowledge he has passed to me. I appreciate the friends I made at BTT and still have to this date.
