Only get to hit this gym for a week yearly, as we live out of state. But the staff is friendly, it's not overly busy and has all the equipment and then some, to get great workouts in.

I like this place because they leave you alone. They have group activities, put the right music on for the type of people that are in the gym. It's always clean and the staff is super friendly. Out of towners (is that a word) are welcome and my visiting friends from the north like that

I use this gym everytime I visit my parents in Cocoa Beach. Perfect gym while on vacation. Plenty of equipment, free weights, and cardio machines. Very good deal for visitor passes. Very nice staff. Locals seem nice as well. All ages. Thanks CBHF.

Can down from Ontario Canada and stopped in to get a weeks pass. The staff here and professional and friendly. Lots of equipment for both carido and weight training. If you are used to using a piece of equipment chances are you will see it here. I have a membership at a major canadian fitness chain and that was I found. Very pleasant experience.

Very warm and friendly owner (Jim McCormick)who has a great staff. Facility has a wide variety of machines, weights and other exercise equipment for just about everyone. I've been a member for 5+ years now and will continue to renew my membership.
