Love Patti's Silver Sneakers Class. She is skilled and fun. I wish she taught more classes in the afternoons. Nice facility, and ran by very nice professionals.

Relocated and had a job interview there coming from Orlando and Working for the Biggest Gym and most Popular amongst the Top Body Builders in Orlando and Working a 24hrs Gym and managing by myself on 3rd shift and the best there and coming from a Fitness Background and Continuing Education into Fitness Education. This Gym did not give me a chance to show my skills as my Favorite Gym in Orlando did as i Stayed for Year working. The Functionally Fit Gym is very small compared to where i came from and since i wasnt given a chance to shine or take with me more knowledge as i Pursue my Fitness Career it discourage me after Relocating but this made me want to work that much harder to Pursue my Passion in Fitness and Further my Fitness Education Background and will have my own and better Gym than this one was Not that impressed coming from Orlando a Big City that Offers ALL FITNESS ASPECTS OF LIFE FOR OVERALL HEALTH AJD WELLNESS then this tiny Gym in Rockledge I'm currently looking for a new home to work out in and Continue my Fitness Experience and this Gym I would not consider and will look for others better and bigger and give more Fitness Classes and More challenging 💪🏾 and will recommend and send Clients from Orlando Visiting Brevard County or new clients to my Classes or where I choose next to Pursue Fitness and give them the Xtra Clientele and Social Media Presences I can contribute too which is alot.

Hidden gem with terrific management and clientele; like a second family. Some of the best equipment I’ve found in 20 years of military moves, and as clean as my own house. Highly recommended and “six” stars.

Place really isn't that bad. Staff was friendly and they had a good amount of stuff. But the place is small and if a group of 5 or 6 were to come in they would take up a fraction of the whole gym. no locker rooms, two bathrooms with showers so if two people are using them then that's kinda that. But not a bad gym, they did have a weight belt and ab wheel but only one bench press rack and only one stair master machine.

This is by far the best gym I have ever been too! Gee is an amazing trainer and provider. After seeing multiple doctors for an injury I’ve been suffering with for 6 months, Gee had me feeling better after just 3 sessions! He listens to you and immediately has a solution. The staff and patrons are all warm and friendly. If I could give more stars I would!

Gee is absolutely an amazing PT and he will get you the help you need to rehabilitate or heal and beyond! The gym has a very open, unique, and friendly vibe and staff are like family! This gym is one of a kind and Gee has absolutely made it so great! I would highly recommend Gee and functionality fit to anyone looking for a "real" gym that serves a positive purpose to all it's members!

Gee (owner) is friendly and helps you feel comfortable. Great atmosphere here all round. It's a small gym but has more than enough space and right equipment for a well rounded workout. Many members are a good workout inspiration.
