Functionally Fit Fitness Center

I would like to recommend Functionally Fit, more specifically, Gee Bowman, the physical therapist. Gee has been giving physical therapy to my daughter for over a year in our home. Gee is always professional, very knowledgeable, understanding, kind and brings humor to her when she needs it most. My daughter has made great strides under the direction of Gee. We are very fortunate to have Gee of Functionally Fit in our life.

Don’t let this gyms size fool you. I can guarantee it will have everything you need. There’s nothing to dislike about this place. The owner is the most personable man you’ll ever meet, the equipment is clean and modern, everyone who works out there is extremely friendly, and there is complimentary water bottles. Without a doubt the best gym I’ve ever been a part of.

I have been a member since Spring 2018 and I could not be happier. I found a gym where I am comfortable with my imperfections and not being a fitness buff. I don’t enjoy working out but I know it’s important to my health so I go. Gee, the owner and trainer, is very knowledgeable and can explain the various exercises and why I should be doing them. He is also excellent at physical therapy and fixed my out of aligned hips. Great Place!

If you are looking for a place to workout that provides consistent support and motivation, look no further. I have never felt more at home at a gym before! Between the friendly, hardworking staff and surprisingly efficient utilization of the small space, I am continuously impressed by how Functionally Fit manages to put larger chain gyms to shame. I have been coming here for 2 YEARS and it is one of the best decisions I've ever made. A huge thank you to Gee Bowman for constantly encouraging and inspiring me to be my best self and crush my goals and an extra special thank you to Nicole Devos and Isabel Bermudez for their dedication to ensuring this place runs smoothly.

Since working with Gee I’ve made mote progress in 3-4 weeks than in months at other physical therapy facilities. Gee looked at me as an individual and addressed each problem area instead of the standard protocol. He is professional yet caring. He will encourage you to get the most out of your therapy. He has instilled this same attitude in his staff. The staff is constantly sanitizing. The staff and patrons are friendly and make you feel welcome.The gym has an excellent variety of equipment, free weights, isometric bands, balls, mats. etc.and water and towels. It also offers classes and 24 hour access. A wonderful fitness center.

Best gym I've ever been a member of!We're all a big family and it's because of Gee... the owner. He gets people to open up, joke around and feel comfortable. He's also one of the most brilliant men I've ever met! Ask him a question, then sit back and be amazed.This is the only gym I've been a member of where we will all get together at a restaurant and just hang out.So if you want a friendly atmosphere while getting in shape, Functionally Fit is the BEST place!
